Finally had SAIGA, a charming Vietnamese eatery in Irvine. The space is small so we sat at outdoor seating area. Ordering through a tablet was a breeze, with a straightforward menu. The garlic noodles + with a fried egg, were the highlight of my meal—bursting with savory garlic flavors. My fav was also the bánh mì sandwich with barbecue chicken, elevated by an added fried egg. This little hidden gem in Irvine served up some amazing food. Ordering is easy through a kiosk. The food comes out packaged in take out boxes.
