The staff.... was very good but one very bad problem is that when I get home and see what I order it was all wrong!!! my burger well done it was all raw and it was missing my fries im so upset I hope they can do something I Pay for it! it was not free

Food was below average, i don’t see what all the hype was about. The burgers were very small and basic, the patties were over salted and the ranch for the fries didn’t taste good, the food was over priced cause i spent $30 for two small burgers, one fries and one small drink. The cashier talked very low which several times i had to turn my ears facing him to hear what he’s saying and he messed up my order at first by charging me for a third burger which he fixed after.

While I'm not a big fan of burgers, I found the chicken burger to be a pleasant surprise, surpassing my expectations. However, the real star of the show for me is the cheese fries—they're simply irresistible! The customer service is consistently good, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're in the mood for cheesy goodness, Shake Shack is the place to be!
Clean, simple to order, and tasty. Service was slow. Lots of outdoor seating; great for people watching and enjoying the sunshine!

Arguably my gold standard to which I compare all other hamburgers to. I compare all my hamburgers the same way (bun,meat, cheese, ketchup) so I’m not rating on sauces.The meat absolutely MELTS in your mouth! So soft and juicy. The bread is unique with a very soft , premium taste and texture.The feeling I had when I first ate here compared to all the other casual burgers was as though I was flying first class for the first time and reluctant to go back to coach.In n out might be known for fresh ingredients but it can’t hold a torch to the premium meat and bun shake shack has. Of course there is a price difference between the two however.

Overall, this place was really good. I did make the mistake of going on a weekend so it was incredibly busy, but they still seemed to be getting food out pretty quickly and it didn't feel like a huge weight. When we did get the food even though it was busy. It was absolutely delicious and well prepared. They even went out of their way to make sure that my gluten-free Burger was kept away from other things due to my gluten allergy which really impressed me because not a lot of places do that. I will have to say the staff was exceptionally nice. They were delivering food having fun at work, but they were also engaging the guests and cleaning tables in between to make operations go a lot smoother. I've been to many shake shacks not one this busy and considering how well everyone seemed to be working and how quickly everyone was getting in and out. I was pretty impressed

food is okay and overpriced, what I think is the worst is their restaurant cleanliness, tables are not swiped after use, floor is greasy, trash bins are overflowing, both in kitchen and restroom, please see for yourselves:
The place is nice and pleasant, let's start with what I liked most: the potatoes with cheese and bacon, I really liked them and also the coffee and donut milkshake (it tastes very similar to the coffee milkshake at The Habbit). The burger was not bad although it was a little bit spicy (smoke sham), I liked it but I feel there are better ones, it seemed very thin for its price. I wanted a dragon fruit lemonade and there wasn't one so I ordered the summer (I thought the flavor was super similar to Wendi's in the lemonade) not bad but not delicious, passable. In general, the food is delicious, it didn't seem cheap to me (especially being fast food) but it tastes good.Parking: The spectrum center has a good parking space, most of it covered and on levels.
