Absolutely delicious! You can tell a lot of thought went into topping these burgers, and it absolutely tastes like it. Fries were incredibly fresh and crispy. If you want a burger topped with fancy fixings, you won't regret this place.

Stopped by TRADE for the first time a few weeks back and decided to give this place a try. I was torn between the Umami Bomb burger and the Peruvian Pork Belly Fries. Since I wasn't sharing with anyone, I could obviously only get one or the other. I probably should have tried the burger and got a smaller portion of a different style of fries but I ordered the Peruvian Pork Belly Fries. Although the portion was quite large for fries, it was way too salty for my palate and really not worth the $13.95. I would be open to coming back and trying one of the burgers but definitely plenty of other options around the area for that cost.

We did not have a chance to try the actual burgers, but the fries and the mac & cheese were outstanding. The Black Garlic Truffle Parmesan Fries Tossed in House Fermented Black Garlic Herb Sauce with a Side of Truffle Aioli were perfectly seasoned. Likewise, the Bacon Mac & Cheese Artisanal Four Cheese Bechamel, Bacon Bits, Garlic Herb Breadcrumbs is among the best mac & cheese I have had anywhere. Definitely looking forward to trying the burgers soon!

OMG! OMG! OMG!! SmorBurgers is now in Irvine! Honestly, I don't know if this is good or bad! Having it this close to home is not going to help me lose this COVID-20lbs that I put on. Haha. Chef Joe Youkhan is all about depth of flavors and hearty portions. During the soft opening, we knew not to over order because the burgers will definitely fill you up. Pro Tips: -Every burger has 2 patties. So, if it's the Peruvian Pork Belly; yes, there's 2 patties and a thick piece of Pork Belly! -The June Burger of the Month (Tuscan Garlic) is RIDICULOUS! There's a massive fried mozzarella patty. The flavors are unreal and sooooo good! -Fries are freshly fried and all of the sauces are really good. We liked the house sauce and ranch. -Kids meal was big enough for 2 kids to split. Can't wait to go back and try more menu items!!!

Ordered Bacon Mac & Cheese and Loaded Fries, but unfortunately the order got entered as regular fries. (Only paid for regular fries instead of loaded fries.) Joe came out from the kitchen after the order to make it right and still gave us the original order. Even though they are just getting started, the service is top notch! (Oh, and our daughter loved the Mac & Cheese! Very cheesy and she especially enjoyed the bacon and crunchy bits on top.)

I am already planning my next Smorburger visit! Today, a large group of me and my coworkers went here for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised about how quickly we all got our food, especially during the crazy lunch rush! Their Peruvian Pork Belly fries are my ultimate favorite and got me hooked in the first place. Today I tried the Spicy Italiano and sweet potato fries.... And WOW this burger is like no burger I have had before, so many different flavors wrapped up into one juicy burger! I dipped my fries into their homemade ranch sauce and their black garlic ketchup, I had to keep switching between the two sauces because I could not decide which one I loved more! You gotta try Smorburger!
