I am so disappointed with all Starbucks, stores within SoCal, they take us customers for granted. When other restaurants and coffee shops make an effort to retain customers and maintain sales. Starbucks refuses access to restrooms, refuse to accommodate patio seating, runs out of napkins and they are unapologetic about it, their response to customer complaints is simple “Go somewhere else”.
I am seriously thinking about it.

Seems like everyone is called sir or ma’am but me. As a trans* woman I’m used being treated differently but Starbucks is usually pretty good about that sort of thing. I don’t really feel welcome here, and that’s a shame.
