1 star because I am disappointed with how the female barista made a full cup of ice for a ‘light ice’ drink. attached is a comparison of 2 exactly same light ice drinks and the right one is also ‘light ice’. It’s hard to believe that she replied ‘oh this is how light ice look like’. Wonder if I will get light ice if I order no ice instead :)

This location is near the John Wayne airport. The service is fast, the staff is helpful, but the inside did not seem that clean. The drink was good though.

Pick up order experience: barista who worked on 11/26 @ 4:30-4:45 pm lied, rude, and entitled. I put in my mobile order and allowed for the pick up time to be reached before I enter the store. I walk in and no one is around. So I simply said hello and the barista that came out seemed annoyed that I said to get someone's attention and pointed out that she was working alone.She then made my drink in an aggressively angry way. She was pissed, and once my drink was made, I stood over and waited for my food items, and she went and started making my food items. Then halfway through pretty much told me I can't stand there. It's a work area. Since when is standing by the merchandise at a store if off limits to consumers. Then the kicker is right when she finishes my food and hands it to me, her co worker that was threal the entire time comes out. I thought you were alone?!?!Not sure if if she's having a bad day, but she shouldn't take it out on all the people that are purchasing. Didn't get her name, but I figured you all should know how she behaves at work.

I feel sorry for the employees that work here that have to deal with rude and entitled customers that I've seen plenty of times when I come to this store. I've heard customers bark at the baristas that they're running late to work and need their order asap. That sounds like poor time management on the customers part, and something that the baristas have no control over, and yet the customers direct their frustrations at the employees. I've worked in customer service before and it's unfortunate to get treated poorly by someone who thinks you're there to serve them and them alone. It's disgusting the way people act towards customer service folks. Maybe if you treated them with respect, kindness, and like actual human beings not robots there to serve you, you'd get better service. Anyway, I digress, this location is very busy since it's in a business center so it's you're in a rush and looking to get your order asap, this isn't the Starbucks to come to.

Rude cashier took my order and kept saying they were out of everything. So, I ordered some egg bites, which took way too long to prepare. They basically forgot about my order! When I came to pick them up I learned that she had delivered the last egg bites (my egg bites) to another customer who had just walked in. Not even an apology was offered, I had to request a refund. I don't understand why today's morning crew was so rude but this Starbucks needs a staff performance evaluation and better inventory management.

My coffee was watered down. My daughter’s drink had syrup in it when she specified no syrup. And the store says that they had food in the app when they don’t. When I showed up to pick up my breakfast, a female employee handed me an empty bag. An empty bag! No explanation, no apology, and no guidance on what to do. Her attitude was pretty much like, go figure it out on your own.

Used to be one my favorites years ago. Just keep making poor decisions. Latest Is to block off 1 of 2 restrooms for employee only use.. That literally sits empty all day long while there is a line of people trying to use the one remaining stall.. Operations management, not a strength.

Especially the girls that work here are the rudest! They don’t smile they treat customers very bad and when you ask them for something they’re also very rude about it and won’t accommodate you what’s so ever. I mean if you’re so miserable working here why you work here? I hope Starbucks management get the memo of how they’re employees are acting at this location.
