The best bubble milk tea in California
Best Matcha Drink Ever!!!
Their drinks are really good but their service is pretty poor. My biggest concern is that this place is kind of filthy. It doesn't look like the floors or furniture have been cleaned in a very long time. It makes me concerned that the kitchen is the same or worse. It was so cute and clean when it opened, so it's sad to see. I hope they are able to turn it around.
Tan-Cha is a tucked away restaurant in a small plaza in Irvine. Despite the plaza's financial struggles, evident in the worn-down interior, the restaurant offers a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and recommends drinks such as the Super Fruit Tea and Strawberry Green Tea. The Super Fruit Tea, in particular, is a highlight, with just the right amount of sweetness and fresh fruit slices added to the drink. The menu also includes options like Popcorn Chicken, which can be made spicy. Another popular item is the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Tiramisu Puff Cream, served with a cute little shovel for the puff cream. While the restaurant may not be bustling with activity, the drinks and food make it a worthwhile stop.
