Hainan Chicken rice is all about subtle and balanced flavor and texture and this little takeout spot hits the right notes. It doesn't look like much, just steamed chicken on a bed of rice, but the taste is very comforting and it's easy to eat. Get it with the skin on!My favorite sauce is the garlic sauce, and the chicken soup that comes with the Signature combo is delicious and complementary to the chicken rice.My only warning is that it cools off quickly in the wide takeaway containers, so don't order too far ahead of time and eat it quickly.Parking: I haven't come here during lunch rush, but at dinner time, parking is easy. It's mostly delivery drivers that are in and out.

I'm a huge fan of Hainan chicken rice and I'm quite particular about it. I've tried many places, but it's hard to find a really good one. The chicken here was tender, but a bit bland. Their ginger sauce was tasty though. The outdoor seating was great, with planes landing every 2 minutes. It was quite a view!

Wow, I'm totally surprised by how delicious the hainam chicken rice at this place is. The rice is good, but rhe chicken and the 3 sauces made it super delicious. Just know this is not a restaurant, just a kitchen selling to go food. I picked up my order at the back of the building, unit F. Just call the number once you're behind the kitchen, they brought the food out within a few minutes.
I visited OC during summer break, I already miss chic now hainan chicken.The chicken itself was perfectly cooked, with tender, juicy meat that practically melted in my mouth. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures, from the smoothness of the chicken skin to the tenderness of the meat. The accompanying sauces, particularly the ginger and chili, added an extra layer of zing to the dish, perfectly complementing the natural flavors of the chicken. Packing it’s great! The containers they used, it’s a little bit hard to open but I can tell it’s very high quality. Not those cheap one that easy to break.Overall I can’t wait to go back for their chicken again!

Placed an order a few weeks ago and tried and it was only ok... the portions was kinda small and there's quite a few hair on the skin still... I like their sauce though! The Hainan Chicken Rice is operating out of a ghost kitchen in the Sky Park business plaza. You have to order online and call once you're there for pick up. I decided to get the Family 4-Pack Hainan Chicken Rice for my sister and our boyfriends for dinner. This meal was a better deal instead of ordering separately (you save around $2). Each plate does also come with their trio of sauces (soy, ginger, and chili). The whole meal was worth it. We all were completely full and content from the portions. The chicken portions were huge and tasted so juicy. The ginger rice complimented it well too as well as the cucumbers on the side. I'm a girl who loves sauces so I ordered an extra set of sauces but it wasn't needed at all. The sauce containers are huge enough to dip all your chicken in it. As for the sauces, the chili and soy were my favorite. I felt like the ginger sauce could have been better. The ginger was stuck together like a ball which wasn't appealing to eat with. I also appreciated how fast it took to complete our order and everything was cooked to perfection. Overall, we would come back again if we're ever craving hainan chicken rice. It's super affordable and filling!

Online ordering was simple through their website and pickup instructions were easy to follow. When I came to pick up my order, I gave a call to the restaurant and he handed me my order within a few minutes (so efficient!). The signature Hainan chicken rice was delicious - the rice was flavorful and the chicken was tender. I liked how they were generous with the rice and sauces. They gave 3 sauces: ginger, chili, and soy dipping sauces - so good! I thought that the portion was perfect because it filled you up but didn't leave you feeling sick from being too full. I would definitely come back here again!

Probably the best Hainan chicken rice in OC. It may not be as good as Savoy, but it's close in quality. It's a lot more convenient, great curbside pick up options, and also, amazing value for the amount of food you get. It's hard to find takeout for under 15 dollars that's high quality and good portion size these days but this place definitely does!

Hands down the best place to get Hainan chicken rice in the OC.My go-to order is the “dark meat only Hainan chicken rice.” The chicken is always tender and cooked to perfection. Rice is fluffy and infused with chicken flavor after being cooked in chicken juices and fat. Sauces are on point, my favorite being the ginger, which I always make sure to order extras of.I’ve also placed a larger order of two whole chickens and sides of rice for a family get-together and everyone was in disbelief when I told them that it was from the OC and not the well-known 626 Hainan chicken rice restaurant.The only downside I can think of is the location. It’s a ghost-kitchen located in an industrial park by the airport so takeout is the only real option. But from a business perspective I can totally understand this. Pickup is at the back of the building. Call the restaurant and they’ll come right out with your order (as mentioned in the pickup email). You don’t even need to get out of the car.Spreading the word so I can continue to enjoy many more meals here in the future!
