If all my reviews are positive then what good is a review. If I can be honest here goes.To start the wine here is corked - do not order it. I don't think the servers are trained and your best bet is a beer. If this is Irvines Sushi Spot then it might be the most uninspiring. The sushi taste like it's been in the refrigerator for weeks. It's nothing worth speaking about. What Tokyo Table has succeeded in is Decor and the Marketing. Where it fails is in wine, food, and service.Not that the waiters hired are mean they infact are kind. It's just when you visit other places that claim 4 stars you see the difference. This place is a a two maybe even a one star Sushi place. You can see we're cutting corners to save money is noticeable in the food. What can I say.... it's like ... Meh and there are just so many other places.

Shoutout to our server Stephan, i think that was his name. Overall great food, no wait and awesome service. The Unagi rice bowl is something id definitely recommend if youre into eel. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back!

I noticed that someone removed my review on this restaurant. Not sure who did it and why?!!!! I need an explanation from the google map team.I was at this restaurant several times and I had great time here. So, my feedback was positive. I start thinking that someone is messing with me and i don’t appreciate it. This restaurant has great foods. I liked their pineapple drink and their specialty rolls. It’s hard to find my previous photos and I can’t remember what I ordered and upload them. Also, after getting new phone, some of the images are gone. It’s been a while. Do not MESS with me and my reviews!! If you do it again on purpose, I hope you suffer and go to hell.

This place has the best lunch special 2 items for $15 and 3 items for $20. They use high quality Japanese short grain rice. Quality of their sashimi is very fresh. Alex is so chill and cool. Having BOTH great food with excellent service together these days are pretty rare.

I don’t usually leave reviews. However we just left this place. My son wanted sushi for his birthday and we were recommended to this place. We waited for over an hour after placing our order. Asked the waitress Rachel for an update on our food and she came back to say, “they lost your ticket and they haven’t started on your food.” Even though they came with our appetizer and drinks. I understand things happen but stuff like that can be avoided if she came to check on us every so often.

I was expecting fresh sushi and sashimi with sake, soju.. whateverBut they are selling ramen and some fusion Japanese foods. I feel like this place is more like a restaurant. Now a fancy bar.

Good place for happy hour! We came here just before 6pm on a weekday and had a great time!Their sushi pizza was filling. Their rolls, chicken wings and calamari were all delicious. Cocktails are somehow "weak" but I do not have high expectations for happy hour drinks anyway.I like the area where it's at. There's so many restaurants, cafes and dessert shops plus its close to HMart for any Asian grocery needs.Parking: limited parking spaces depending on the day of week/time of day you come over.Area gets busy lunch, dinner and weekends

We had a party of ten for 5:00. The private room was not set up. The AC was not working. The GM was not there. No bartender either. Service was terrible. Food was average.
