I will never go back to this restaurant despite being there numerous times! The restaurant is convenient because it is extremely close to where I live; however, the customer service I received from my last visit with the manager "Josh" is ridiculous. We had such a disappointing experience with this restaurant. My friends and I came here to celebrate my birthday expecting some great dining but received something far from that. First, our waitress seemed very frazzled while greeting us and wasn't able to relay specifics about any of the cocktails we were asking about while repeatedly responding to each question by telling us she was having a brain fart. We were here early in the evening on a Friday ( the first after california reopening from COVID) to celebrate a big achievement for my husband. We had made a reservation and informed ahead that this was a special dinner.The reception was great. The maitre d was very gracious, and was ready with suggestions even before we were seated.
