Don't get the Extra large just means bigger crust you don't actually get more pizza ,big pieces of ham makes it uncomfortable every bite ,wings are ok just very pricey doesn't always show how many come in a

I've been eating here for years and love the food...But I had to write this review due to the new service fee if you order online! Why am I being charged more for an easier way that doesn't require your employees more work, but if I call in you don't charge it! Very disappointed in this sneaky money grab. Edit: I see your response, so keep prices competitive by being sneaky with our price increase. Seriously I would rather you increase the price of the pizza by $.50 and be upfront with it than using a service fee. Own your cost as the price of doing business, I/we can respect that.

Ordered a large extreme pepperoni that’s advertised as edge to edge cup pepperoni lol. This place is a joke, took 42 minutes from the time that I ordered to the time it was ready. I was waiting for literally twenty minutes because online gave a pick up time of 20 minutes. Anyway, my first and last time here. After one bite, I would rather eat Little Caesar’s no joke or exaggeration. You’ve been warned.

Food is what you go here for but ordered a pizza on the phone 20 minutes before getting there and they had it ready but asked every high-school kid in the restaurant if they had pickup didn't bother asking me and I was 2nd in line literally waited 10/15 minutes before they asked if im here for a pickup...they need to do better about that other than that the pizza is fire ?.

This was my second time ordering from Scratch Pizza in Etiwanda and Bellgrave in Jurupa Valley. The pizza and calzones are excellent. The service has been great. The building is very small and they get backed up with orders on the weekends so be prepared to wait a bit longer for your order.

Surprisingly good. Great crust and ingredients. The sauce was cold and would have preferred warm, but good anyways. Excellent and courteous service. I recommend them. Very limited seating, but we ate at Starbucks outdoors, since we got drinks there

I'm giving them 4 stars because they were very helpful inspite of the problems I came across.I came across their latest offer on my phone and so I decided to try them. The summer special posted was for a 4 topping extra large pizza for $12.99. It could only be ordered through their app or website. So I went to the website and tried to find the special and could not find that particular one. I decided to call the restaurant to get some guidance, being my first time ordering and all. Long story short on this is, the guy helping me out was very patient and had to walk me through the whole process. I think their system needs some work to clarify a few things.When I got there, I was greeted by a nice young lady and my pizza was ready. I went ahead and asked about the price difference I had to pay because I could not find the advertised special. She tried as best she could but, it just didn't make sense because that special was the last thing that had been posted, and it didn't help that it didn't have an expiration date on it. If it would have, this summer time special would have been good for only one day, on a weekend no less.Like I said, they tried to help but, they are not the ones who decide what and when changes are made.As far as the pizza goes, I was surprised that this was the extra large. I thought it was a large size and I even had to ask if it was correct. I tried a slice before heading home and it was okay.

Really good pizza at a reasonable price. Love the weekly specials. One of my favorite things is when we pick up the staff opens a box and shows it to you. It's a really nice personal touch.

One of the tasteless pizza. Over cooked almost burnt-out pizza. Worst customer service. When I complained and showed them pizza bottom which was black ⚫️ but they said this is the way we make pizza.I will Never go back. Will not recommend to anyone. Thanks for reading.

Talk about a set up to rip you off. When you order on line they have all their specials and options. I ordered a 5 topping pizza, added 5 toppings from the selections. After adding everything and ordering I looked at the bill thinking it was high, only to find out certain topping or sauces are different costs. As you can see in the photo there is no mention of a different price for pesto as base, the cost later never disclosed until after I paid, $5. My 23.99 special became 35.59, what a rip off. Clearly I should have paid more attention to the total before ordering, but I have never encountered a company that true to up charge you with out notice.Steve if you were trying to be honest and not catch people not paying attention the up charge should be right there next to the item.I was also charged 2.50 for Garlic Parmesan crust with zero mention of any "xtra" pointed out. I order on line at all sorts of establishments, every single one of them has the dollar amount right next to the item when there is an additional charge.

First time ever going to a Scratch Pizza. Very small doesn't really entertain eating in. The crust was good, the very bland, very dry pizza. Not the kinda pizza that makes you say WOW, or this is bad. It kind of sits there and is okay. No anchivies, not a real pizza place. Wouldn't go out of my to go here again, but wouldn't avoid it if a friend wanted to go here.

I got the scratch classic pizza. It was pretty good, but it took 45 minutes for delivery and the pizza was a little colder than lukewarm. If it was hot, i would've given it a 4 star.
