“I always love coming to smoothie stop. The owner is so nice and they make a mean acai bowl! I usually get the same menu item each time I go, but the long list of smoothie and acai bowl options are great! some of the packaged snacks on the counter may be out of date, so be careful.“

“I was recommended this place by a friend, we stopped by after a girls night out. I tried their Affogato which was vanilla bean gelato topped with Italian espresso. Highly recommend.“

“I ordered strawberry tanghulu when Honey & Hive was at a local food festival in Alhambra. They were making the tanghulu fresh in the back of the stand using a wok. When I got my tanghulu, I commented that one of the strawberries wasn't fully submerged in the sugar syrup, and they swapped it out for me. The sugar was crisp and it was kind of weird to eat a warm strawberry, so I waited a while for the rest of the strawberries to cool and they tasted much better. The tanghulu would have been even better if the strawberries were sweet, rather than relying on the sweetness of the sugar syrup to help out. Overall experience was good and I would get it again if I had a craving.“

“I always get a hustler it's so gas, and sometimes I get a smoothie Or a good açaí bowl . Today I got both and it really filled me up and added to my healthy lifestyle. I recommend this place to gym rats, or if you have a healthy lifestyle!!!“

“I’ve been here a few times now and I’m always impressed. They treat their food and drinks with love and it really shows. Happy to say that I am now a regular!Since they’re so hidden and rather new, sometimes their business seems a little slow. Don’t let that discourage you from trying it! To the owners: maybe consider gaining some visibility to passing cars? A large sign that faces the street would be nice, I imagine a bit expensive… perhaps that electric sign could be moved to the outer window?“

“I've had many açaí bowls from different spots and Roots & Rye just hits different. I loooooove that you can get not only the açaí blend but the matcha blend as well. Their portion size of each thing they add in the bowl is also perfect, not too much one one thing or another and there are definitely places that might overdo it on, say, the granola or the blended stuff. I've only been to this location so I can't speak for the other spots but at this one, they only let in a few people at a time which means a line can end up forming outside. I haven't had to deal with a long line before but it can definitely take some time to get everyone through and finally make it inside. Still, one of my favorite açaí places, if not my favorite!“

“It's quite nice small acai bowl spot with sidewalk table chair seating for two and inside bar stool seating. This is a cozy spot for a morning energizing bowl to start your day or for a couple stopping by for a quick snack before heading out to the shops on the Blvd.“

“I love the cement everywhere!! Good place to come when it gets hot I think. The interior is surprisingly big there were people reading in there today. The patio area is big and quiet on a slow day. “Good place to get some juices and açaí bowls. It has a few locations including this Silver Lake one on Sunset. Naturewell has a crap ton of healthy options. A good way to start off the morning or a good snack for later. The prices aren't that bad for this kind of thing. A few locations of this are around. It's got one in the Sunset Junction area with all the shops and everything. The bowls are the way to go. It's about $10 for an Açaí Bowl. This comes with bananas, berries, coconut, and granola. Basic toppings for a bowl. The other popular items include juices and smoothies. Also you can get a cup of fresh fruit. There's also snacks like protein bars and good stuff. Best place around here as far as the prices for açaí bowls. It's a pretty good portion. There's plenty to get for vegans and vegetarians.“

For about $10, you get to choose your bases and can mix and match to try every one of them! I had the mango, blue spirulina, pitaya, and acai. The pitaya is a bit more frozen than the others. Then you pick out your UNLIMITED toppings. The girl that did my toppings really loaded them well and it felt like I got my money's worth for sure. PS THE ALMOND BUTTER IS A MUST!!“

“tried and true açaí bowl spot. a fan favorite amongst my friends and a treat to brighten anyone's day. whenever I go here I am required to bring one back for the boyfriend. the unlimited toppings is a plus and while the bases are pre-made they always taste fresh. mango base is my personal favorite. pricing is the main drawback at berry bowl, which is probably why they introduced a mini size at a lower price point. sometimes I feel bad spending so much money on a berry bowl, but the feeling quickly dissipates when the joy of the bowl rushes in.“

I ordered my favorite the "evergreen" juice and it was very refreshing. This place has a great atmosphere with nice lighting. You can order drinks at the kiosk or register. All the staff is kind, especially Justin. He was professional and made sure my drink was perfect. Note: Vons, Bank of America, Citibank, and other surrounding business/ food eateries, etc. are within the same parking lot.“

“This location is the closest from our house. My family and I visit this place at least once a week and most of the time there are people inside but the line is decent and the waiting period for your order isn't really long. I love boba in general and the variation of drinks they offer are delicious. They also offer french fries on the side which has at least 3 different flavors to choose from. I always get the cheddar cheese and it's absolutely good. The employees are very nice and friendly. The only thing negative about the location is the parking because the spaces are limited but other than that everything else is great.“

“I've tried various menu items and don't have an issue with their food.The rolls are filling and not out of my prince range.I love getting kimchi and spam ones..The acai bowls are great value for what you get. They're always tasty and not so tarty or sour.I love the granola , wish they would have a raspberry option or semi sweet chocolate bits..The boba here is great.The matcha lattes here , you need to try for yourselves.My favorite is rose matcha latte..There is parking around the area and parking structures..The sitting is nice and not so clustered..The young lady working the cash register is super friendly , sweet and smiles a ton..I had an issue with th3 last gentleman only because he wasn't smiling, deemed a little rude tbh but no other issues. “yummy and refreshing acai! however, the place was a bit pricey for just a regular-sized cup of acai there's so many toppings you can choose from, and the fruits are super fresh! I also like how they layer the toppings, so every bite has a great mix of flavors. the acai base wasn't too sweet, it tasted like they didn't add too much artificial sweeteners, and that all the sweetness mainly was natural from the fruits the service was super fast and friendly“

“It's Boba Time is pretty consistent between locations. My group got the peach lychee fruit tea with mango popping boba, the taro milk tea with boba, the matcha tornado (cookies and cream with matcha), and the hibiscus berry lemonade tea with strawberry boba. We've never had the matcha tornado before and it was very sweet but good. For the peach lychee fruit tea, there was a lot of pulp/fruit pieces. Boba toppings are .75 cents extra and a large size (vs a regular) is .50 cents extra. The service was quick and nice. There are about 3 tables inside to eat, 1 2-seater and 2 bench-style seats.“

“We were all so excited to try the new watermelon & poolside collagen smoothies..and i myself am one who always gets the same drink everytime...Apples&Greens~ my fave! But i have to admit to being really surprised at how good these new ones are! Just love the cucumber in it! Oh and the shop was fresh and clean-smelled SO good when we opened the door&stepped in!
