All protein were very well-seasoned, and NOT dry, which I was pleasantly surprised by. And David and Javier ran an efficient operation, and moved hungry people quickly. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, and well-received by our congregation. My only desire for that day was if double the amount of chopped onions and cilantro could have been prepared (perhaps we only paid for the amount we got). Otherwise, TGC was great. My Wedding was a week ago exactly and the venue is mesmerizing. Special Thanks to Gor and Vahan for providing an exceptional time and service. The food is out of this world and the variety is jaw dropping. The level of customization is incredible but the ease of getting it all together makes it headache free. There are also selections available in the center to grab and go any additions like noodles, sauces, fuel cans, etc.SERVICE:Cashier was friendly and helpful. She understood our prompt: enough meat, including wagyu, for a hot pot at home for 10 people the next day. She recommended a combo that she assured us was enough and indeed it was, almost more than enough! She got our information down for the next day's pickup.FOOD:Excellent. Every cut was displayed beautifully and labeled clearly, with good thin slices for hot pot purposes and the wagyu really showed off the marbling. Being Dia de los Muertos/Halloween season, Nomad Ice Pops had some popsicles shaped like skulls. After perusing the menu, horchata stood out & compelled a purchase.Horchata ($3.50)-Sabroso! Horchata was one of my favorite drinks, when I didn't care about sugar, calories, good health, diabetes. Heck, I remember I bought a large horchata from a former Albertaco's in Hawaiian Gardens, only to come back in a hour or so & buy another one. For shame! Anyhoo, Nomad Ice Pops' dairy-free horchata popsicle had all the taste & flavors of horchata that I remembered. It was frozen solid, meaning it didn't melt at all on a high 80's day. I ate the whole popsicle one bite at a time, which made things less messy.Service was good. Nomad Ice Pops operates as a takeout window. Parking is via street or at Mission San Gabriel.Nomad Ice Pops cooled me off on a hot day. I enjoyed my horchata popsicle & appreciated how solid it remained while consuming it. I changed my guest count few times and they worked with me. I asked them so many questions to figure out how to do things and they patiently responded to all my questions. “I recently visited this quaint little ice cream joint and, overall, I had a delightful experience, but there were a couple of hiccups that prevented it from being perfect. Let's start with the positives: the atmosphere here is absolutely charming. The small space is adorned with vibrant island decorations that transport you to a tropical paradise, enhancing the overall experience. I couldn't agree more with the uniqueness of this place; there's truly nothing quite like it in the area. Also, the prices are incredibly reasonable, making it an attractive option for anyone looking for a budget-friendly sweet treat. However, there was one significant downside that left me slightly disappointed, and it's the reason I've docked a star from my review. The preparation of the ice cream cone left much to be desired. Typically, I expect my cone to be assembled in a specific order: ice, ice cream, ice, and then syrup. Unfortunately, the girl behind the counter didn't follow this sequence. Instead, she put the ice cream first, a move that initially caught me off guard. I didn't even realize she had added the ice cream until my observant friend pointed it out, as it was the first thing she did. Consequently, I assumed she had forgotten about my ice cream until I reached the bottom of the cone, where it was disappointingly mixed with water. This unexpected arrangement affected the texture and taste of my dessert, leaving me slightly unsatisfied. Despite this setback, I must commend the flavors of my cone, which were truly delicious. The combination of syrup, guava and mango, was divine, showcasing the potential this place has if the preparation process is improved. Another minor downside was the limited seating inside; the space is quite small, with not many tables available. However, since it wasn't busy during my visit, I managed to find a spot without much trouble. Additionally, I'd like to mention that finding parking on the busy street was a bit challenging, but considering the unique experience and affordable prices, I'd say it's worth the drive. With a few adjustments in the preparation process and perhaps some expansion in the seating area, this place has the potential to become a top-notch dessert destination. I'm optimistic that my next visit will be even better, and I'm looking forward to seeing these improvements in action.“

“We found the venue after attending an anniversary party a few months earlier and really enjoyed our evening. As a result, we selected this venue to host my husband's 55th birthday party. The venue was very helpful with planning and helped create the perfect details for a memorable party. The menu options are plenty and all food was great, all guest enjoyed the variety of dishes and beverages. The venue worked with us so third-party vendors like cake baker, band, DJ, decorations, and photographers had early access to prep. Once the party began the venue staff made our diverse group of guests, many that had not attended this type of banquet feel very comfortable and offered polite service and drinks as needed. The overall experience was amazing. I would highly recommend this place! We will host more parties here in the future, great venue“

“Came here last night with my friend wanted to try it since it was on his list of places to try. He's vegan and I'm vegetarian so we were glad to see a place that offered options for both of us. This is a nice place to go as a date, family or even just catching up with my friends. I had the roasted vegetable pizza while he had the bolognese rigatoni. The pizza was pretty good and was quite large for just myself. We also had the mista salad to start off with and that was pretty good. Our waitress was very nice and checked in with us. Overall the place was pretty good and is one of the better Italian restaurants I've been to out here but nothing extravagant stood out to me as far as taste. Maybe I'll try the fettuccine next time.“
