“The Landmark is the ultimate banquet hall in LA. It is based on a large property in Mission Hills with huge open air parking lot and a big green garden. Entering into the building, you enter the beautiful hallway area with lounge sofas, a bar that you can use for tea/coffee or alcohol, and the beautiful grand piano by the long windows. On the right side, the big doors get you into the magnificent hall where the party is going to be. You are welcome to use the hall however l you desire to design it for youe special occasion. Some prefer to have the curtains open, some prefer to hire a vendor for their specific desired design. Menu is 10/10. When I say, Troy was on the phone with me for about 30 minutes until we worked out the right package for my 60th birthday party, he was very patient and the rest is history. The service was superb from beginning to end, with little to no supervision. They came in found the perfect space for set-up and it was on and popping. The food was amazing and the staff were very professional and interactive with the guests. There were nothing but compliments for Troy and his team! Highly recommend! Job well done!“

“This will be the third time we have used Nana's Kitchen. So clearly, we love what they do. The food is fantastic, a step up from your normal taco caterer, and we loved the passed appetizers while the guests were arriving. They set up a beautiful buffet spread and used gorgeous bowls. Everything was fresh and delicous. They homemade the tortillas and served delicious guacomole, again homemade. The servers were ontime, self sufficant and cleaned up after themselves. They boxed up all of the leftovers for us which was really nice.The only negative I could find, and you just need to know, is that beyond the food/catering fee (minimum of $650 for 40 people) they charge a travel fee, a convenience fee to use a credit card, and a 18% service fee which is NOT gratuity. So ontop of the food, you will need to expect to pay about 40 % more on the charges (your own tip to the servers, their 18% service fee and travel fee and of course tax). They are transparent about it, but something you should know. With that being said, I would still use them again.“
“Food and Service 10 out of 10! This is our second event booked with Marcelo and crew. From the first call, he was the upmost professional, very attentive and responsive. Our event was held in Santa Ynez, Ca. Marcelo & crew arrived at 6:30 am to service food by 3 pm. From beginning to end, theses guys got their stuff down. Their set up is impressive, then they start preparing all meats, marinating everything on site, all high quality meats, sausage, ribs, chicken served with salad, bread, chimichurri sauce and empanadas (beef, chicken, spinach) and we opted for roasted veggies for 175 ppl. Our guest could not stop raving about how spectacular the food was. Being from Argentina, I can attest this is as authentic as it gets! They are legit. Throughout the day, Marcelo's attitude was so positive and there was nothing he did not answer with, "no problem, we got it covered ", this was so reassuring for a "control-freak like me" lol. I just knew I had nothing to worry about when it came to the food. At the end of the day, the breakdown was as impressive as the set up, as I watched them clean every utensil, cookware and grill back to new before loading things back in their trailer. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any event small or large, they will not disappoint. Thank you Marcelo and crew for a spectacular job.“

My organization pulled together an event within a week, and the LA Kosher Catering team was willing and able to help us with such short notice. Elon, Director of Catering, was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. His Banquet Manager Austin was a huge help on the day of the event, with everything from the drop-off, set-up, clean up, and all things in between. Judy, the Catering Coordinator, was very helpful post event with all of the paperwork and finalizing details. We will absolutely use LA Kosher Catering at all of our future events!“
“Valet parking was great and the event staff were nice and quick. The Vinnie space is elegant with extra flair. The venue has high ceilings and LED color changing lights everywhere. The food was also very good. We had buffet style and the only complaint was they did not do two sides for serving and they did not refill the hummus, salad, or sauce. “I recently visited this quaint little ice cream joint and, overall, I had a delightful experience, but there were a couple of hiccups that prevented it from being perfect. Let's start with the positives: the atmosphere here is absolutely charming. I couldn't agree more with the uniqueness of this place; there's truly nothing quite like it in the area. Also, the prices are incredibly reasonable, making it an attractive option for anyone looking for a budget-friendly sweet treat. However, there was one significant downside that left me slightly disappointed, and it's the reason I've docked a star from my review. The preparation of the ice cream cone left much to be desired. Typically, I expect my cone to be assembled in a specific order: ice, ice cream, ice, and then syrup. Unfortunately, the girl behind the counter didn't follow this sequence. Instead, she put the ice cream first, a move that initially caught me off guard. I didn't even realize she had added the ice cream until my observant friend pointed it out, as it was the first thing she did. Consequently, I assumed she had forgotten about my ice cream until I reached the bottom of the cone, where it was disappointingly mixed with water. This unexpected arrangement affected the texture and taste of my dessert, leaving me slightly unsatisfied. Despite this setback, I must commend the flavors of my cone, which were truly delicious. The combination of syrup, guava and mango, was divine, showcasing the potential this place has if the preparation process is improved. Another minor downside was the limited seating inside; the space is quite small, with not many tables available. However, since it wasn't busy during my visit, I managed to find a spot without much trouble. Additionally, I'd like to mention that finding parking on the busy street was a bit challenging, but considering the unique experience and affordable prices, I'd say it's worth the drive. With a few adjustments in the preparation process and perhaps some expansion in the seating area, this place has the potential to become a top-notch dessert destination. I'm optimistic that my next visit will be even better, and I'm looking forward to seeing these improvements in action.“

“Yum! Pulled this spot up with a search in the scv and decided to give it a go! I had the taco lunch plate with a carna asada, Al pastor, and premium chicken taco. The tacos are massive and full of meat and onions and cilantro, (salsa on the side) and they're huge!! I had the corn tacos (gluten free) and my sister and dad each had the flour tacos with the crispy shrimp and crispy fish. Large portions; the plates come with rice and beans, chips and salsa - the red is super spicy, the green is flavorful and mild. We also ordered a carne asada burrito and added zucchini and bell peppers- huge and delicious! I suggest ordering a large guacamole on the side too- everything was seasoned well and we will be back! The carne asada was my favorite taco- such tender meat and a great flavor combo with the lemon, salsa all together! My sister and dad said the shrimp tacos were their favorite- can't go wrong at this location! Great service- we called in and picked up 15 min later!
