I stood in line for 10 minutes no one was helping customers at the register, all the employees were in the back finally employee comes to the front to take orders when I go to place my order he tells me sorry we are not taking walk-in orders at this time only online orders. Shut your business down if you can't serve customers . And it was not even a weekend day , it was Thursday. Thanks Domino's for stepping in and taking care of the customers that little ceasers turned away. Worst service ever .

Came to order what I wanted and the manager screwed up my order. Had to wait 20 mins for my pizza to be ready as it is then I had to wait another 20 mins again for the managers to fix his screw up. Service here sucks only one person in the front working. . Lil Caesars used to be fast with pizzas .

Pizza Indy bad but the service gets worse every time. Usually my pizza isn’t even started for 30 min at peak hours but last week I saw the pizza was out of the oven and no updates for the next 20 min. Walk inside they are handling 3 orders coming out of the oven. I ask about my order and they are looking Al around and suddenly it comes from the back. I check that’s it’s my order and it’s stone cold. They inform me they can’t heat my pizza, I get it’s a conveyor belt but I don’t get why it wasn’t put in the pizza warmers when it came out of the oven.This strip mall has also gone downhill to the point the stench outside makes me question how clean any of theses business can be.

They have me wrong pizza and then when I called they transferred me to store and nobody answered. After 45 minutes I drive back to store and yes they replaced the pizza but when asked the guy told me their phones don't work. Likely excuse guy didn't seem to care. Poor customer relations.

This place has gone downhill fast i used to enjoy the pizza and beadsticks from here but recently the quality and overall freshness has gone way down I ordered three pizza for my family tonight not only was none of the three pizza cut they tasted and smelled like it had soap or suds mixed in like they used dirty water for the base and I've had this pizza many times before. I dont know what's happening at this location but i do not recommend coming here until they improve quality!

Ghetto area! I placed an order on my Little Caesars app and I guess they didn't see it in their system. I was waiting for half an hour for my notification and I never received it. I went in to find out what was going on and the lady told me there's so many orders ahead of mine that and my wait time was now 2 hours. I just cancelled my order and it took my bank about 5 days to refund me my money.
