I love Panda Express, but a lot of the time the rice is not properly cooked. It's really frustrating and upsetting. Al dente rice does not go well with Asian cuisines. Please Panda corporate, train your staff to cook the rice properly.
The food is always tasty and for that I would give it 3.5 stars but the customer service is something gone to the waste side on the management level. I ordered the new refresher drink and the taste was off. When asked to exchange it for a different flavor they had to call the manager, to which her response was, "They are all sweet and taste the same, so no exchange." The food we ordered online was ready when we arrived. The Chilly Shrimp and Kung Pao noodle bowls we ordered were nice, hot, and tasty. The taste consistency was just what we had expected. Nice job!
