Edit: The cashier name Lin was stingy and rude with the portion. I paid $16 for a plate of angus steak and barely got any meats. I asked him to give some more, but he rudely said "ONLY ONE SCOOP" and trying to charge me $3 extra.I waited 15 minutes to get my other entree and the angus steak was already cold and hard to chew.Look at so many plates are disorganized and the service is slow as a lot of people are waiting on their food.

I ordered broccoli beef and orange chicken plate online.I opened it at home.I found only 2 1/2 pieces of beef and 8 pieces of broccoli. Also I only got 6 small pieces of orange chicken.

$15 and they only filled it halfway. It's noodles! Why are they being so cheap?I remember when you could feed your child with this meal. Had to go get food somewhere else after. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

The food we ordered online was ready when we arrived. The Chilly Shrimp and Kung Pao noodle bowls we ordered were nice, hot, and tasty. The taste consistency was just what we had expected. Nice job!

Hello today I was helped by the manager name Vincent when we saw there was a not no beef and broccoli he was still giving us the old food when I told him not to that I wanted something fresh now he made the food came back toward the old food on top of the new one and served us the same thing I told him I didn't want it and I told him he just took Wyatt looked at me he gave me the food he said I'm sorry to be honest with you I wanted to smack him but I kept my cool and walked away he shouldn't be whole title as a manager poor customer service..

I love Panda Express, but a lot of the time the rice is not properly cooked. It's really frustrating and upsetting. Al dente rice does not go well with Asian cuisines. Please Panda corporate, train your staff to cook the rice properly.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION Absolutely horrible experience. I'll just say that I have been going here for years never had an issue. But all of a sudden when I speak highly of panda express this happens. I place a pick up order and arrive after the scheduled time for pick up only to be met by side ways glances. They had not even started the food that I ordered online. After an employee notified me about this I thought they would make the food; but they didn't. They kept on serving people in line until I was the only one in the store that hadn't been served. Essentially putting me at the end of the line. What horrible service! I already was delayed!!! Why delay me further??? Then they skimped on one of the entrees and instead of complaining I just asked for an additional entree of that meat. The employee told me to get back into line! Behind another costumer that came behind me!! What the heck?!?? Just serve me my entree please? After he took his sweet time he decided to again skimp the additional entree in the separate box! He didn't fill the extra box! I asked if he could at least fill the box and he shook his head! Worst customer service ever!!!!The employee Luke needs a demotion,re-education of Panda Express core values or permanent termination!!!! Will NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Friendly staff but the rice is clumpy and not fresh. Hardly any protein so had a clumpy rice bowl with peppers and peanuts.

The food is always tasty and for that I would give it 3.5 stars but the customer service is something gone to the waste side on the management level. I ordered the new refresher drink and the taste was off. When asked to exchange it for a different flavor they had to call the manager, to which her response was, "They are all sweet and taste the same, so no exchange." She seem more interested to return to her meal then to assist a customer. Where did your customer service go, Maria? Time to take a training course on kindness, etiquette, courtesy, and be reminded that you're in the service industry and your customers are what pay your salary.

My husband and I got to the PE 70 min before it closed last Wednesday night. We could see there was very little food out to serve customers. We looked to see what time they closed and we were there over a hour before it closed. We were shocked to see how little food there was. My husband ordered the walnut shrimp. The manager made his food and she ordered more to be made, but she had 2 shrimps left in the old just sitting there. I asked her why she did not put those 2 in for us having to wait 15 on my food and she said no the order is only 7 shrimps. But the two were from the old batch I thought, so I told her she was stingy with her food. " why not give those two to him and in a very annoying voice "oh we can only give you 7 pieces." I said but there is only 2 left " well I'm sorry" she said. I had to wait for them to making my mushroom chicken it took them 15 mins to do that. Ok no problem but in the mean time my husbands food was waiting getting cold. Why did she make my husband food up with the new batch along with mine. She also put very little rice and noodle in his plate. She said they could not make more and had to have enough for the rest of the night.......What? I got really angry but went a head and sat down. Before we knew it We looked up and 15 to 20 people had walked into the Resturant and were standing in line to get food. She kept serving everyone else even after my food I had ordered was sitting there. My husband ask why they didn't have more food made up bc almost all of the pans were empty. The manager in her annoying voice again said "sir the kitchen closed at 9:00". My husband said it's only 8:44. "Im sorry". She was not a very friendly person. With a very nasally voice. It was irritating. I had ordered 2 small individual boxes. My walnut shrimp was fine in the Tony box but she only filled the mushroom chick 1/2 way and it was very very little. As you can see in the picture she didn't fill it up the box. She stole from me. There was a Stefanie working the cash register. She was so sweet and very kind with a smile all the time and very polite. She was fabulous. The annoying voiced manager needs to go to customer service training. She was horrible. (Almost laughing in peoples faces. Like I'm in charge and no). She had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. I will turn around and leave if we walk into the Resturant again and this manager is standing there. I will never forget that voice. Oh my lands it was like nails on a chalk board. Please I hope you guys do something about her. Thank you. I am attaching a picture of how little food she gave me in my little box of mushroom chicken.
