I ordered a 12" pepperoni and sausage pizza for a delivery and thought it was delicious. Crust wasn't too thin or too thick. Also ordered the Greek salad minus the onions and it was fresh and good too. Delivery service brought our pizza hot with all the needed utensils, plates, and condiments. I'd purchase this pizza again.

Stay away- Went to their website - ordered delivery - ordered and paid - after waiting 20mins past the delivery time they gave - called the shop - couldn’t find my order, then found my order and said it was just coming out and would be delivered…. After waiting 20 more minutes - called - they never got the order… so over an hour later - never got my food and now have to wait up to two days to get my refund….

Super friendly people here! Nice pizza, good ny style crust, lots of options. It came out fast, just about 5 or 10 minutes for a large pizza. They have a cozy outdoor area in the shade. I'd definitely return for more pizza, plus they had a lot of other menu items.

My son was craving pasta so decided to give this place a try. We didn't want anything fancy, and Pizza Pronto is definitely laid back and casual. Parking was easy on a Sunday. We went in to the empty store front, where you order at a counter. We ordered the kids pasta ($12) and a Cesar salad ($16). The kids pasta was fine, good portion. The salad was a good size but literally looked like they dumped a bag of Romain lettuce, cut 4 cherry tomatoes in half and sprinkled on some parm. The dressing was on the side and was very thick like butter . It felt more like a plain side salad than the Cesar salad I was craving. Overall it was just a quick basic meal. I wouldn't come back just because it wasn't anything special.

Food was great. Pizza was delicious (plain cheese because kids), a salad (super crisp and fresh) and the artichoke dip which was so gooey and cheesy and chunky with artichokes and spinach. Only thought was maybe a few more breadsticks for the dip. But regardless - everything was great and next time we're staying in La Jolla we'll come back!

My wife and I stumbled upon Pizza Pronto on a rainy day. The service was excellent and friendly. We had a Greek salad, pizza, and beer for a very reasonable price. My wife said it was some of the best pizza she ever had. Highly recommended.
Ordered takeout lunch and paid online. Arrived to pick it up and the place was closed. Dark, shuttered, no one in sight. Next day I came back and the server said the app would refund me. Didn't apologize or offer to make it up in any way.

Pleasantly surprised! I met a friend for dinner before going to the Comedy Store and just happened upon this place. The pizza was so good, it tasted homemade, and had a perfect crust. We also shared a beet and goat cheese salad that was amazing. The lady serving us was super kind and helpful and the seating was relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely go back.

We ordered 4 different pizzas which were all good, and though a little lacking in toppings, the crust was wonderful. Our complaint was the service. The restaurant gave the delivery guy the wrong order, so he had to go back to the restaurant to retrieve it and start over. We were the second delivery and though our order was correct, the food sat until the first order got straightened out, so of course our food arrived cold.

I have ordered the personal (10-inch) pizza from here before. I suggest ordering ahead since it'll be hot and ready by the time you arrive.I had lunch here for sit down for the first time on 02/28/23. Usually, there is a gentleman at the front but today there was the sweetest young lady. You always order and pay at the bar, you can sit and they will bring your food to your table. We ordered spaghetti bolognese (with extra bolognese sauce) for me, and my fiancé got a 10-inch supreme pizza and rigatoni bolognese. The bolognese always comes with toasted bread but if you ask they can put garlic butter/spread on the toast for you (the sweet young lady had offered to do this and it was brilliant!).The food comes out piping hot and not too long, I usually get an hour for my lunch break and in total, I was back in 40 mins including eating time. We ate at the restaurant, and they have indoor and outdoor tables. I think for the price it is a good non-fancy Italian food spot and I highly recommend it.
