This was so fun! My family and I went last night for my birthday and we had such a great time! The food took a little while since there was also a large group there and only one waitress, possibly only one cook. But the food was excellent. It's a great old school Chinese restaurant that you'd don't really find anymore. I haven't seen egg foo young in decades. It reminded me of when I lived in Hawai'i. The waitress was very kind and helpful and the ambience was great. Will definitely be back.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. We waited 10 minutes to be sat and then 5 minutes to be asked what to drink. Then it was over 45 -50 minutes for our food. The place smells so bad and the staff is rude. I will never come back to this place

The older lady running the place is rude and short. I ordered a shrimp fried rice to go. 17 bucks for a single serving of rice with 5 small shrimp and huge chunks of green onion. This place is impossible to park at, even if you pre-order by phone for a to-go, you're screwed because she won't let you park between the handicap spot for 20 seconds to pay and go (there'salso a cocktail lounge attached, so lot is packed). So, yeah...just overpriced, mid shrimp fried rice.

Horrible prices for horrible food. 17 dollars for shrimp fried rice. They complain if you park there for some reason? Like what? The service is terrible, not one person to communicate with properly. This place used to be it, now its looking like "IT" from Stephen King. A very weird atmosphere, they have some weird spitefulness in the air. Truly a dishonor to chinese food.

Sweet and Sour Combo-Shrimp, Chicken and Pork -The WORST ive ever had -great service packaged up nice even in a box with all the fixings soy sauce, fortune cookies, hot mustard, extra sauce, Rice-Sauce look like it was poured right out of a can few pineapples thrown in couple sliced carrots. Order deep fried shrimp they were massive because they were all BATTER -egg roll -2 BIG deep frien golden crispy looking until you bit into it -a Soggy mess of soggy I don't know why I think it was supposed to be vegetables took one bite that was enough for me soy sauce wouldn't be even helped-waitress walked by with something that smelled really good I'm assuming it's not all the food just this dish and fried appetizers

We have ordered food in this restaurant through Uber eats. They didn’t have the items we ordered. I asked them to put other items with same price but they just canceled my order. I didn’t get my money for order back.

So, I went here with friends, and although some of the food is okay, see: edible, it's not Chinese food. Rather it's an American amalgamation of Chinese buffet food that is overcooked or not cooked well, is either too bland, too sweet, or just not tasty. It's hard to put the food in a category except to say it's food, and it's edible, but it's not worth the cost to quality and taste. The service was substandard, not worth noting. Altogether this is a low end place, with questionable cleanliness. The bar is a dive, older crowd, not too fun. Not trying to be negative just being accurate to save you time, money and disappointment. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Wong's Golden Palace.

The food is delicious. The staff was so welcoming and fast. The servings are plentiful. The only downside is the limited

We went Tonight (Christmas Eve) we arrived at 5:40pm. We had a reservation at 6pm for 9 people. Great the table was ready. When the rest of the party came. We waited 15 min for someone to come over and take their drink order. There maybe 6 other parties there. Another 20 minutes pass to take our order. 45 minutes we received our food. When asked if the food was coming she said we have a lot of to go orders. Umm we are sitting here arghh. The food came out in shifts. 5 and 10 min intervals. Now the food was good. Service not so much. I guess we head towards Clairmont next time.

So, ot took an hour and a half to begin to get the food, and no refills of anything in-between. Our waitress forgot some of the drinks ordered. We had to ask at the counter. Food was OK. It all was very bland. Half the food came, then a few more, then at the almost the 1 3/4 hour mark, the last one came. We will not be back.

I ordered Egg Foo Young, Orange Chicken, Chicken Lo Mien, Mongolian Beef, Orange, Egg Fried Rice, and egg rolls. When I ordered to go, I felt like I was committing a felony to the person who took my order. The Egg Foo Young was dry, overcooked & burnt. The egg fried rice was exhausted & not fresh. The orange chicken was not traditional. It was grilled in some sort of thick instrumental coat with a gelatinous sauce. The Chicken Lo Mien was weak in taste & absent of substantial protein. The egg rolls were so undercooked that we split them in half & saw their raw cooking ingredient condition & decided to not consume them. WTF! I will never ever patronize your business again.

Lovely place, I am super happy here. I like the tables, the decor is nice, beer is okay, the women though they are sweethearts and will take care of you. Lol update the food is terrible though

Worst food I ever had. The food was not fresh and tasted old. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else because if you don't see people inside or no line. That's a definite red flag to turn around and run. Panda Express was better or anywhere else. This place should be shut down this place stinks that bad. Esp coming from an Asian, this place should have closed years ago. I don't understand how they are still there. Maybe their drinks in the dragon room supplement their losses to food ratio. Beware keep away! McDonalds has a fish sandwich. Eat that instead.
