Received some stellar assistance from an employee named Ebonae today. She helped me find an item that the website said was in stock, yet I could not find it anywhere in the store. She was most courteous and kind in tracking it down, thereby turning my day around as I was worn out from the traffic and crowds around the area. Thank you so very much. May the folks she may report to realize that they are gifted with such a superb co-worker.
So tired of getting stuck behind customers using the app, looking for a 25 cent coupon. The employee doesn't know how to use the app and neither does the customer. Meanwhile, we are all waiting for them to figure it out. And I do NOT like using the self checkout.

For the most part I like coming to this target to shop in store. Most of the time I don't ever have to wait in line but of course during holidays, like now, they are really busy and have long lines. The self checkout line can be extremely long sometimes but if you look, everyone usually only has a few items so it's not too bad. But i also like doing online orders for the drive up option, but I do not recommend picking up in the store. There could be 3 people in line for pick up...read full review
