First time I went to Chipotle was approximately 5 years ago and didn't care for it. A friend saw a commercial and decided he wanted to eat here. The wait wasn't bad but they got my friend's order wrong. I heard what he said but the preparer put whatever he thought he heard, in the bowl. My friend did not like what he got and didn't finish his food. I thought mine was just a mess of food that all tastes the same. It was just plopped in a pile. The drink station was an absolute mess! I had to clean our table before putting our food down and it wasn't even busy, there were only two other tables being occupied. The music was way too LOUD and we could barely hear each other and had to repeat ourselves too often. I won't be returning to any of their stores. It's too expensive for this kind of experience.

We ordered a bowl and a couple child's meals to go, ordering ahead with the app. The food was ready when the app promised, and everything was prepared as ordered. Very good app experience and very good food.

With the new fitness center, there is absolutely no parking at this location. I used to go here 2-3x per week. Good food and service. Now, I can’t find parking every time I go, so I won’t bother any more.

Some days are good but most are bad when it comes to the food. I get so much gross uncooked meat and fat in my chicken it literally caused me to start gagging, I had a whole pile of SQUISHY (like it felt like it was uncooked) and SOFT (not a good soft) chicken. The three separate times I’ve come here the guac was constantly flavorless, maybe I’m getting unlucky with the batches but every experience at this exact location has had the chicken problem. Haven’t had it at other chipotles. Really disappointed.
