Humble place, but fish freshness not quite up to par. Reasonable price and service.

We order from here often. Its proximity to our house and awesome menu makes this a go-to spot for us. We love Tomo!

Excellent quality! Easily worth the price! I typically like sushi over rolls, but both are delicious here. It is a necessary dinner whenever I am in town.

I live very close to this restaurant and occasionally I get a hankering for some good sushi. I do like how fresh their sushi is and it tastes pretty clean to me. I usually do takeout and it's ready in 10 or 15 minutes. I think this restaurant does a good business, especially on the takeout and while the Atmosphere is a little cold, I've even eaten here before but it is small. They do, however, have s sushi bar.

Food was good, but a bit overpriced for ramen and udon. Sushi was decent but server messed up our order. Had to wait a long time. Will give it another try in the future

Enjoyed dining here while traveling. Ordered oysters, chef’s choice sushi, and a bento box. All food was wonderful. Service was friendly and efficient.

Was visiting my MIL in the Laguna Woods and stumbled onto this place. The sushi here were some of the best we've ever had. The Spicy Scallop and Ultimate Albacore rolls rock. The service was excellent. Will definitely eat here next visit.

It didn't bowl me over, but coming from a guy who just ate sushi in the high desert of Arizona, this was leaps and bounds better than you might find in a lot spots where there's no ocean nearby. We overdid it on orders, with some specialty rolls and of course I always have to get some yellowfin or something simple in a hand roll. They were pretty quick and it turned into a lovely date night. Ambiance is also fine, I don't think you're rolling in the suburbs of the OC looking for the hottest sushi spot in town but l like a restaurant that knows who they are and they were exactly that. Bonus for being walking distance from the hotel across the street.

It was empty on a Sunday afternoon but the Salmon Toro was amazing! Also very clean and attentive service.

We're a family new to the area and we've been looking for our, at least weekly, if not more, sushi place, but unfortunately, this will not be it.. What's with the 20% gratuity automatically added because we were a table of five? We'd normally tip 15 - 30% depending on level of service, but the fact that we have no option to tip 20%, regardless of service and simply because we're a table of 5, was bullshit.. Especially when they forgot one of our rolls, and a glass of water and a fork.. All things we had to ask for at least twice each time... Also not telling us about added he 20% tip beforehand, and only after we got the bill seems a little duplicitous.. The food was decent, no issues there, but they just lost a regular $200-400 a week... Dumb!

We love to come here and sit at the sushi bar. The calamari roll is so good but anything with tuna is amazing. Not sure where they source from but their fish is amazing quality!!! The sushi chefs are so funny and like to keep you entertained.

This place is the best it's so good--favorite sushi restaurant in OC hands down. I love the 911 and the stinky roll!
