My recent visit to the Red Onion Grill left me thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service top-notch and the food, simply divine.I opted for the salmon and ravioli dishes, both of which exceeded my expectations. The salmon was cooked to perfection, while the ravioli was bursting with flavor.Overall Red Onion Grill offers a fantastic dining experience.
Our server was phenomenal. She was helpful, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. Our salad with steak was delicious. The fish and chips were some of the best I have had since visiting Ireland and Great Britain. Drinks were good and strong. Skip the restaurants in Chester and eat here.

We like Red Onion quite a bit. In the summer we like to sit on the deck and in the winter it is cosy and quiet indoors. There really are only two restaurants within the peninsula area; more in the Hamilton Branch area, but if we want to stay close in we alternate between Il Lago and the Red Onion.
