I’m sorry but this place is trash. The food seems like microwaved food. Can’t believe I spent $40 on a terrible tasteless pizza and some “boneless wings” that seemed like they were microwaved chicken nuggets with some sauce drizzled on top. Never again

The night worker was awesome. The reason for the 4 star was the process to even order the pizza it took 3 times of calling and every time was a different price. They could not even get the price straight at their end. Of course it wasn't the actual store it was their call center. That's proof that the new way pizza places process the orders does not work. Quit being so cheap, hire the employees they need to have great customer service .

Best Customer Service I have had in a long time.I had problems with ordering online, so I called in and one of the managers took my order for carry out. Because it was Valentine's Day, I knew it would take longer. My order was supposed to be ready in an hour. I drove there to pick up and they couldn't find my order in the system. Both managers on the shift tried to find my order and after a short while, they offered me to just retake the order and get it done quickly. 20 mins later my order was ready to take out.Not only did they try to help, they also recognized the issue, owned an honest mistake or system failure, offered a quick solution, gave me a huge discount but also made sure I walked out as a customer happy with freshly made 3 pizzas and 2 sides. You saved and made my day! Thank you!Happy Valentine's Day to the hard working team today at the Papa John's Lake Elsinore location. You guys rock!

A convenient pizza place near many homes. Small building space, with a good amount of employees. The service isn't nice and the wait time is long.
I like the pizza, but these were the boneless bbq wings, might as well put some Dino nuggets in the microwave with a drizzle of bbq sauce

Probably the worst tasting Papa John's pizza ever. Ordered half pepperoni and less cheese but extra sauce. I got no sauce and extra cheese as well as being undercooked. Showed up at the appointed time for pick up and had to wait another 15 minutes. Not coming back.

I've been a die hard papa John man for the last fiver years. Specifically, at this location. They did well for so long. I spent 60$ dollars tonight. Upon delivery I present my card and the delivery BOY says you put pay cash. I did not, I ordered by phone and specifically said Im going to pay by card. I said I just have my card. This dude throws a b**** fit. Boy says no. I go inside to see what cash we have, it's short. After I give my mind about taking my card, boy declines my card. This has never been an issue here before. Long story short delivery b**** gets frustrated. My girl goes out and the piece of trash takes her card. I will lot be back again if you hire trash .
