This was probably the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. Drive thru order was missing 2 major items an entire breakfast sandwich and an order of French toast sticks 6 count. Had to drive back because I didn't check before I left. The manager seemed annoyed and not believing that I was shorted the items and kept my receipt (I never thought to ask for my receipt back I was so frustrated at that time). No real apologies or concerns, just irritated I was there. Sadly, it could've been handled much better, and I didn't go in with an attitude. Maybe it was an off day...

Stopped for a couple large Chili's to take home. What a rip-off! No more chunks of meat (that used to come from chopped up burger Pattie's) but now it's crappy crumbles. Chicken salads used to come with a whole half of chicken breast slightly chopped, not it's processed chicken pieces so you Don't get an entire half chicken breast. WendyS has CHEAP garbage for food now!! No more patronage from me.

Ordered the asiago combo, normal chicken, and specifically mentioned no ranch and no cheese at the drive thru. When the order showed on the screen, it specifically showed ranch and cheese being removed.I park and find out my sandwich has both. No big deal, the drive thru was empty and in my experience employees at drive thrus usually fix their mistake.I see they gave me no receiptI drove up to the order screen and the lady who took myorder the first time was on speaker again. So im thinking cool, i can explain the mixup.I tried explaining that my sandwich was made with both ranch and cheese. Easy enough right? The lady is wonderful and polite, this review has no reflection on her because she was very kind 5star for her.The problem was the pale boy who took the mic and rudely said the sandwiches come that way. So i explain that i saw on the order screen that my sandwich had the customization. At the window i mentioned they didnt give me a receipt, but they remade my sandwich. The boy had a rude attitude, but thankfully the lady was the one who i interacted with directly. Got my sandwich. Still no receipt though... so what the heck Wendys? Is there a policy that allows such behaviors from your workers? I never ate here before and after this, im glad to continue not gving my business to an establishment with poor management. These kids could learn a lesson or two about manners from the lady. A sincere thank you miss!:)

I've gone here for years. Food / service was great. But the last year or so this place has gone totally to hell. Service and Food is now just cr@p. And no more online-drive thru orders. Even Wendys web site won't list this location anymore. I'm done here.

I went in for breakfast, and I was informed after the fact that I wasn’t gonna be able to get my meal because their register at the drive thru was the only one open? Standard practice for a place that’s not doing too well to overload one register to keep labor on track? I left without a meal because they were unable to accept my payment. The morning crew on Wednesday august9thAt 730am had horrendous customer service.

Need to teach Employee: Diamond. Basic communication & mannerisms.She was working front, ignored everyone in line(4 people) and when she did help someone, her tone was very rude. And gave off snarky remarks. Definitely ruined by experience at this store. As for the others.

Great service my food was fresh and well done , I ordered it late close to midnight and still got the help I needed, felt like they really wanted to make my food the right way!

If you don't close until 12 and I place an order(via mobile order) at 11 then my food shouldn't have tasted like it had been sitting all day. And I should have been able to have the frosty I ordered not given "oh we don't have anymore frosty's cause we are cleaning the machine being we close in about 45 mins" working this industry many years ago we didn't clean that machine until about 5-10 minutes before closing or even right at closing and would be the last thing we did. Also working that industry means that you close at a certain hour doesn't mean you're gonna leave at that hour! And again my order was placed an hour before closing, so food should have been warm and frosty machine should have still been functioning.

This was my first time at this particular location. I ordered a baconator combo and everything was good except the fries. For whatever reason when I went to eat the fries they lit my mouth on fire! They were spicy! I asked them to be remade the staff did without salt thinking that may be it however the fries still were spicy. Other than that the food was good.
