I went in on April 13, I go to this location at least once or twice a week, as I approach the employee to order he looked very annoyed to take my order. He had a blank Stare, wasn’t friendly at all and was more in a hurry to get my order in and out as soon as possible just throwing the food on the bowl. And the amount that was served Was very little compared to the other times I have been here. I get it we all have our days where we’re not feeling our best, but remember we’re spending our money at this Restaurant which pays your salaries a little nicer attitude wouldn’t hurt

Worst burrito I’ve ever had. Not sure what happened to Chipotle but it’s nothing like it used to be. The burrito was cold, chewy and didn’t taste fresh. Small for the price and overall very disappointing we will not go to this chain again.

They open at 1030am on this store. I ask the person which will serve me and probably im the first customer that day. I ask her if there barbaqua is newly cooked and she said they cooked it everyday. So took out the food and ate on my work, unfortunately this not fresh and not hot. If this is fresh and hot, the red juice will see it everywhere on my bowl.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. I usually go to a different location where everything is fine. This location was more convenient for my family’s weekly meal. We pay about $40 a week. At this location, however, I was put through the ringer.In order to get your take out, you have to show your driver’s license and payment method. And then they want to see the actual card and check it against their records. Never go here.They hate their customers.Vegetarian options: You often get meat in your vegetarian meal at most locations. I wouldn’t be going here if i was a vegetarian. We go every week and every week my mom and I get vegetarian and we usually wind up with random pieces of meat. We just learned to accept it and watch out for it. We've gone consistently for 10 years every week and we have seen a decline in quality and amount of staff. We've been very loyal customers but that's ending as a result of your staff and managers especially. I've told all my friends who are regulars to stop going and they all agreed. Such a shame to ruin the company.. we spend $3000/year at your restaurants but never again. I’ll make sure I can get as many people as possible to boycott your restaurants. Thanks!

4:45 Dec 1/2023 ordered a steak Burrito. Guy didn't drain the beans. Then he added steak and then he didn't drain the pico and then he added cheese and sour cream. The burrito was soaking wet so I asked him to drain the burrito so it wouldn't fall apart and he took the Burrito tilted it over the pico container and poured all the mixed juices in the burrito back into the pico container.

Really good, and they have almost everything you want. The only suggestion is consistency. Sometimes, you ask for something one day and get too little, and then you ask for the same thing the next day and get too much.
I pick up my food from online orders at this location and it has always been a good experience. Food is always ready on time and employees are friendly. Food is good. Just as a comparison to other locations, the bowl is not as stuffed when I request for extra of some ingredients but just a comment. Overall, I would say this is my favorite location in OC in terms of location and service.

I love chipotle, but this location is awful. They've made my order, incorrect countless times, the portions keep getting smaller and smaller, and the most recent time I ordered I found hair in my food. If you're craving chipotle, I would strongly recommend going to another location because this one sadly is going downhill fast.

Don't order online here. Ordered extra rice beans and double protein bowl came half empty. Ambiance is terrible they have some teenager running this place that's why its so terrible you're better off driving 7 minutes to the nearest one.

Just had the most disgusting experience at this location!One of the employees, Hispanic male with braces, drop the meat on the table and toss it back into my bowl, I asked him why did he do that & his response was the table is clean. I said NO, that's unsanitary and you don't do that in front of your customer. He created another wall and made another mistake putting the wrong ingredients. Then he turn his back after the third bowl to grab the meat as he ran out, another employee gestured at him about the error that he made and he responded with a shrugged and laughed. You need to train your crew properly in proper food handling. This is not an acceptable service and ethic!This will reported at the Department of Public Health for violating food sanitation practice!

Food is always fresh and delicious you can build your own burritos and they do a real good job. No problem is that the more you pour on the more expensive it becomes over $10 for a burrito is a little steep but it's still delicious.
