The crowds are challenging during peak times. Probably one of the worst milkshakes in the fast food industry--poor. Undrinkable once served, unappetizing, and not full when served. Something is very wrong.

Pretty much always have a good experience coming here. Even when you can tell the employees are tired they still greet you. You can’t beat their customer service.
There is a young guy here named Vincent and he made our dining experience SO much better. First of all I think he loves his job. He was smiling the whole time we were there. It was our first time dining in and eating burgers with our little girls and Vincent offered them stickers and hats and was so smiley and kind. He helped us clean up afterwards and offered to help us take a family photo… he deserves a raise and a promotion and a free meal.

Place was very clean and well ran. Burger was great but the fries were very dry and very over done. Probably just had an off order so will be back again.

After waiting for a long time, I asked the person taking the order if they would give me a refill, he said yes, of course, but when we arrived to take the order, they said no, we don't have such a policy, and you have to park your car after an hour of standing in line and come inside to be able to refill. It was really ridiculous and I was totally disappointed. I don't think I will go back to that place again, I'm really sorry
