I am one of those people who never write reviews, but I am compelled to write something to acknowledge the fantastic customer service I received at Jamba Juice in Foothill Ranch. The last time I ordered ahead, there was a little technical glitch on the app. Jennifer, the manager, went above and beyond to fix the issue. She was incredibly kind and generous. I always order here on the app. The staff is very accommodating to any changes or requests I make through the app when it comes to my order! I especially like that they sometimes will give you a large to replace one of the mediums when you order two mediums due to the extra smoothie left over!

This Jamba knows how to make the smoothies right. I always customize with extra add ins. Here, you get the same amount of add in whether or small or large base drink is ordered. My "small" ends up in a large cup with an extra kids cup full. At other locations, I get a medium cup. They also pour out every last drop. Friendly too!
