This Jamba knows how to make the smoothies right. I always customize with extra add ins. Here, you get the same amount of add in whether or small or large base drink is ordered. My "small" ends up in a large cup with an extra kids cup full. At other locations, I get a medium cup. They also pour out every last drop. Friendly too!

Place was nice and clean. Jacob took my order promptly and was very fast making two orders ahead of mine. My drink was ready within 3 minutes. Drinks were very good! Great service!

I am one of those people who never write reviews, but I am compelled to write something to acknowledge the fantastic customer service I received at Jamba Juice in Foothill Ranch. The last time I ordered ahead, there was a little technical glitch on the app. Jennifer, the manager, went above and beyond to fix the issue. She was incredibly kind and generous. Sadly, I am not used to such customer service these days. I wish more managers were like her. The smoothies here are always great, and the facilities are always clean. A great place overall.

I came into this Jamba juice at 6:59 and it said online that they closed at 8 pm and when I entered they had the lights off and so I asked them if they were closed and they answered that no they weren't closed and that I could order a smoothie. Then when I did, they proceeded to make me feel extremely awkward by telling every co-worker that walked in, 'wow, can't believe he came in with 1 frickin minute left', 'I can't believe he would do that', 'noooo don't worry about it, go home, I'll do the dishes now that this guy needed his smoothie right before closing'...just really trying to make me feel bad after I literally asked them if they were closed because I was happy to leave if so, but they told me that they were open so I ordered. it was the store manager who was the one saying all this and who was purposefully trying to make me feel bad. She made the situation super awkward for me, really terrible customer service. If you're reading this -look, I get it you want to go home when you're closed..that's totally understandable, but next time just tell the customer that you're closed! No one wants to stand there awkwardly while you complain loudly and make a scene in front of all of your employees. You should be ashamed of yourself. Be better.

I always order here on the app. The staff is very accommodating to any changes or requests I make through the app when it comes to my order! I especially like that they sometimes will give you a large to replace one of the mediums when you order two mediums due to the extra smoothie left over!

I'm not really a juice person but I was hungry so I decided to give this location a shot. Customer service was great, especially the woman at the front(I think her name was Leanna?). She was very friendly and gave me many recommendations. She recommended a "secret" drink called the pink star and it did not disappoint! Would highly recommend this location.
Confused, perhaps the owner could provide some clarity... the website and the door says this location closes at 6:00PM. I went at 5:35 and it was closed, lights out, with the employee sitting on her phone in the back. I understand beginning to close up around 5 minutes til, or even 10 minutes to wind down, but nearly 30 minutes early is incredibly rude. We drove 20 minutes and only to find them not honoring their time. After Tropical Smoothie closing there are no more smoothie places to go to and the one that is still open, can't be bothered to stay open.

This place is conveniently located, yet the service is less-than adequate. One of the girls (blonde) has zero enthusiasm. I never feel welcome in this store, yet I try to look past it. Other Jamba locations I have visited have been more welcoming. I don't know if this due to the management or if they are being too lenient with the employees. This is the second Jamba that I have had a bad experience, or in this case, experiences, with. This store needs better customer service. There was a guy who worked here, I don't know what happened to him, but he was very friendly in stark contrast.
