Was very short and rude to customer in front of me and moving at the pace of a snail while doing it. Seemed very upset and bothered that she had to work. Was asking customers. When I asked for soup she said they "ran out early" and that she didn't want to make more.

I think good customer service is incredibly important, and it can really make a difference in someone's day. From my experience, the young girl at Subway was friendly, attentive, and made sure to get my order exactly right. She was patient with me when I asked questions, and she seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a good experience. Overall, I was really impressed with her customer service skills, and I think she's a great example of how a positive attitude and good communication can go a long way in making customers feel valued and appreciated.

the little girl who serves the sandwhiches is very rude i told her i don't eat brown lettuce and if she could get fresh lettuce she said just don't get the lettuce then , i said i want fresh lettuce she said well i don't think so ? how rude and uncalled , people come here fresh off work and have to deal with unnecessary nasty bad attitudes.

Went in yesterday to order 2 foot long sandwiches for my kids. I asked to use the restroom they told me I couldn't because it's not working. I asked them what do they do if they need to use the restroom. Crickets. How can you not have a working restroom?

11:22 am Monday april 3 2023 bathroom not available. The employee not polite. Rude. Restrooms are for customers I was going to have lunch here but will never visit again. I have contacted corporate regarding this employees attitude and demeanor towards me. If this issue is not resolved I shall take necessary legal action for discriminatory practices.

I normally eat low carb and felt unwell after eating a 6-in meatball. It was delicious but if you are low carb, avoid the bun and get it low carb style, which I totally forgot about when I went.
Bad attitude from the girl making my sandwich. I came in an hour before closing. Most of the options were taken to the back because they were trying to get out on time, I get it. I felt like she was frustrated that I was ordering. The way she tossed the sandwich in the toaster then slammed it closed. My sandwich was cold on the inside and barley toasted on the outside. I still left a tip because I'm in the service industry too. But I kind of wish I took it back. She immediately walked to the back after making my sandwich. No "thank you for coming in". Or any acknowledgment the entire time really. I gave 4 stars because I come to this location all the time and it's always great customer service. I don't recommend coming in any time after 8. Work on your customer service a little. That is my advice.
