The agent who served us yesterday Saturday Mar 10 / 2024 was horrible . She was dirty and disgusting , she cheated with the quantity and gave me half the size of the usual Salad , same with footlong sandwiches. We were shocked with the bad and terrible service this lady offered. Worst Subway ever .

If I could give no stars to the lady working around 10:50am I would.I asked for a chicken teriyaki toasted and she put chicken no cheese that I asked for then proceeded to toast chicken and the teriyaki sauce and I had to tell her you cannot toast the sauce then she made a new one and I had to tell her how to do it and she burnt my bread it was hard as a rock then I went in to tell her and she told me to touch the new bread to see if that bread was good and I told her I don't think I should touch that and then she put the bread over my old sandwich and dumped everything that was in my old sandwich into the bread and then I just asked for a refund at that point worse experience ever. She is horrible and should be fired.

The manager Rosy was extremely rude. I bought a meal and the sandwich tasted funny. I asked if I could please get another sandwich. She called me a name in Spanish to one of her workers, they were talking to her on speaker. I understand Spanish. I noticed that I am not the only one who thinks this or the only one who has been through what I have. I hope corporate does something about this. The owner is BOB. She should not be the manager. When I asked if they could make me a new sandwich she said "You are not welcome back in here" First she said no we will not make you another sandwich. I pretty much insisted, then she had one of the employees do it but was very mad. She is sooo rude and has ZERO customer service.

We went there this morning before 9am and there was one staff present. Her name is Rosy. I don't know if she was having a bad day or just didn't like us, my son and I. We are Asians by the way. She seemed fine with 2 previous Hispanic males but when our turn came, she was rude. You can clearly sense by the tone of her voice that she was annoyed specially when I asked her to repeat what she said. I got annoyed myself and told her to be "nice." She said she's not rude but then the tone of her voice and the manner the way she was talking to me change 100% after. So I figured, she can show good customer service if she wants to. But then again, maybe she also chooses which customer(s) she will be nice to. This happened to us once before, a long time ago, in another subway. We never returned there, made sure all my friends and relatives know what had happened and encouraged them not to go to that branch.

Absolutely Terrible service. After almost completing my 2 foot longs and 1 6in the manager Rosy put them in the garbage and refused me service. All this because they didn’t want to change gloves and the paper under my sandwich. I requested to change paper and gloves because of touching pepperoni which I can’t eat(cross contamination). Also, no health certificate or business license is posted on front as Manager Rosy denied showing me the health certificate and license.

Not sure what the franchise rules are but I think they're supposed to bake the rolls daily, this location did not. We had lunch here and when we walked we should have realized when it didn't have the typical fresh bread smell that we were going to get old rolls. Vegas seems fresh but the roll was definitely stale, to the point the end was hard and the outer part of the roll crumbled at each bite. Despite it being so convenient, we will skip this location in the future

I love Subway - it's such a good alternative to the drive thru. That said, this location (which is so convenient, being close to schools, Target, the bank etc) isn't great. I stopped ordering online for morning pickups because the worker seems so upset. But yesterday I decided to go in for lunch - I got a cold cut combo with spinach, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes (no mayo or condiments). There was something moldy tasting in there - I had my spouse check in case I was somehow mistaken and he could taste it too. It wasn't worth going back for a refund, but I really am disappointed, especially because there's a ton of other fast food sandwich shops around.

Went in this morning for a sandwich , I said good morning … no response , I said have a good day upon leaving .. no response . She never once looked up or at me . I get to work to eat my sandwich and the bread was like petrified tree bark so just tossed it . Needless to say I won’t ever go to this location again ?????

This place is understaffed or has unenthusiastic employees preparing the food. Food is good quality,It does takes a while to get your order. Not a place to grab a quick meal

Subways scam.If you want a salad…add$2 moreOther than that…you will never see me again…I’m just going somewhere else for a better and more nutritious meal. Cause you subway are just a rip off!!

Don't bother ordering ahead. Ordered for pickup an hour in advance and sat around waiting 20 mins past my pickup time so that they could serve all of the walk-in customers first during the lunch rush.

Rose is RUDE...don't give this unaccountable business owner and it's horrible employees one red cent of your hard earned money! Subway corporate will eventually yank their franchise due to the poor service!
