“Our family drove from Quartz Hill to eat at the Green Valley Smokehouse on a Wednesday night and had the best experience! With everything they brought us you could tell that they care about the food they make. The flavors, textures, and end result of their creations spoke to a lot of work perfecting the recipes. We ordered tri tip, pulled pork, and fried pickles, as well as some cheesy biscuits (buns?). I keep thinking about the biscuits that had cheese melted on top and crispy around the bottom. Wish I'd taken photos but we were so hungry we dove right in. The staff was the most friendly and accommodating as well, great experience! We will be going back, and soon!”
