“I came to Ventura on the bus number 16 from Ojai, I decided to stop in for ice cream at McCnnells ice cream shop. I got one scoop of their coffee ice cream and I am picky about my coffee ice cream none the less I took one bite then another and honesty felt like a child again enjoying ice cream for the first time. I have gone through radiation on my throat which messed up my taste buds I know good ice cream when ii have it. Good place too good. Recommend to all. ???“
“Some of the best cookies I've ever had. Good sized portions, definitely a fair price for what they offer. The atmosphere is so relaxed and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the quality of the goods they offer. It's a sweet little bakery, and I highly recommend trying them out if you haven't already. I'll definitely be returning soon.“
“Great location, parking is easy and the frozen yogurt and side options are pretty good! The only thing is that there's never any seating yet there's enough space for more tables to be put out for customers to sit and enjoy there yogurt!!! Service is ok I just didn't like seeing the employees sitting on the counter tops were food is being served at.“

“Cute little ice cream spot located in Burbank. Upon arrival, there were a few people there ordering, but not too packed, the store itself is small inside. As you wait in line, you can easily read the menu and you can quickly see the ice cream options, from there you can see their cookie selections, all looked so amazingly good!I ordered the cookie ice cream sandwich "Nutella Ripple" my first cookie option was the "cherry glaze" and my second cookie was "birthday cake" unfortunately, it was served in a bag which was ok but it was melting when I got home. So I quickly snapped the picture and dived into it! The Nutella ripple ice cream was so delicious rich creamy sugar just right. The cherry glaze cookie was topped with a cherry flavored icing which was good, a little on the sweet side for me, and the birthday cake cookie was just right had batter taste to it and not as sweet as the cherry glaze. Over all, nice experience it didn't take long to check out and I was on my way back home to enjoy my cookie ice cream sandwich. Suggestion-Have some milk or water ready for sure to enjoy alongside this sweet indulgence! Enjoy!“

“Best local frozen yogurt and ice cream shop--always providing amazing customer service, tasty quality flavors and toppings (like their marshmallow sauce and 10/10 cookie dough), and endless customization options. The service is always speedy and friendly, employees will offer great recommendations. Located inside the Gelson's market, you can get your grocery shopping done while they keep your order chilled for you, and pick it up on the way out. Or you can stay in and get it delivered. The cake batter and chocolate flavors are my favorite but you can't go wrong with any of the ice cream or yogurt options. Highly recommend this spot!“

“Trying this dessert place for the first time was really nice. The Ashta cream crêpe was just right--not too sweet but tasty. The place looked good, making it a nice spot to enjoy a treat. Although it was a bit expensive (paid $18), the yummy crêpe and the overall experience were worth it. I'm excited to go back and try different flavors. The Ashta cream was a good start, and I'm interested to see what other tasty options they have on their menu.“

“I don't know why this location has such a bad rep. It's the only real dessert place we have locally. They do a great job, delicious ice creams and tasty treats. It sure does satisfy when you're craving something sweet. We apparently weren't the only ones craving something sweet tonight, they were really busy. The girl working was very polite and handled the crowd well. We got our delicious treats and are satisfied.“
“Soooooooo dreamy! We had the Nutella option. Ice cream was creamy and not overly sweet. Great flavor and balance. Customer service was courteous and presentation lovely. Very busy place and since they are hand rolling the ice cream, plan on a little wait. It's well worth it! We'll be back again for this little scoop of heaven!“
“Nowadays it's rare to find a place that actually cares about the customers experience and satisfaction. This place is definitely apart from the norm. We ordered 3 shave ice and almost immediately my 3yr old spilled hers. They quickly made her a whole new order at no charge. Then halfway through her ice she had a meltdown because she now wanted "rainbow" colors on hers. They were happy to transform it into rainbow colors again at no charge. It may not seem like a lot but to a parent this speaks volumes. Not only that but the quality of ice and flavors here are legit! Almost as good as back home in HI. Aloha and mahalo to this crew“
“Hey Vegans and Dairy Free folks, there are at least 2 dairy free options on the menu on any day. And I am not talking about sherbet, I am talking incredible flavors like peanut butter brittle caramel fudge or freckled mint chocolate chip, or the holiday seasonal flavor chocolate sugar, cookie dough. and don’t forget you can taste 2 to 3 flavors before you actually order. And the homemade waffle cones are to die for. The entire experience of visiting this place is so nice.Vegetarian options: Vegan ice cream“

“Had the crema con bananas it was amazing. Recently, I got to taste the mazapan milkshake. It is absolutely delicious. They also have a limited time cheesecake and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. We got to taste strawberry cheesecake, and it was delicious.“
“1st time visit went smooth and Cashier was very sweet , i bought 2 cookies and they were good . Although $5 is a little above what I would pay for a cookie , I guess you're paying for the service and cute boxes. Definitely recommend looking at their weekly menu to visit when you like more than 4 flavors the price on the box is worth it!“

“Conchita's has a delicious coconut with pecans raspado. Never tried anything like it. The yogurt and tostilocos and raspado are great too. They have much more than that. Everything is freshly made. Quality and service are both exceptional. Will be back for more.“
“This was my first time trying Afters Ice Cream. I tried the Triple C on a waffles cone. So good! I definitely recommend trying it. I wish there were tables and chairs to enjoy sitting down with family. They had more of a bar style setup. Not much of a vibe. It was too hot outside to wn. But yes, try it! “One of our favorite places to go for ice cream. There are many options of deserts and snack type foods to choose from along with agua frescas. I can’t really speak for anything but the ice cream which I find to be delicious. The flavors of the various flavors usually are not the traditional flavors but they are all very good. The portions are generous for the cost. One of my favorite things to get is the banana split which is probably enough to feed a family. I highly recommend trying them out and the customer service is always great.“

“Holy smokes! This is the greatest Baskin-Robbins I’ve ever been to! Not only was the ice cream DELICIOUS, but the employees were friendly, helpful, and most importantly, KIND. I patronize this location 2 times a week MINIMUM. During my most recent visit to this wonderful establishment, I ordered a kids double scoop and the two flavors I chose were to DIE for. My first scoop was ROCKY ROAD and my second was BASEBALL NUT (I love my cashews). Both made my tum-tum say “yum yum.”“
“I always come here and occasionally buy a slushy or ice cream. The owner is a very friendly person and sells cheap products ranging from soda to water to donuts and calling cards. Very convenient place and water tastes good especially since it is priced at $1 per refill of a water container. Nice convenient store!“

My kids were unsure of what they wanted since it was their first time there & the girl that helped us was very kind and patient. Some reviews are saying it's overpriced but you're paying a business for their craft. In my option the prices were fair. I ordered 2 esquite, duros, hot cheetos and a scoop of ice cream. I paid $20 total. They did charge extra to add a topping on the duros which I thought was strange but overall it was a wonderful visit. Thank you Michoacana !“
