Ordered a Greek Lamb Salad, flat steak dinner and wine. Took a bite of both food entrees. All was fresh and delicious, including the wine! Saturday evening was quite pleasant. A guitarist was playing the night away which made the ambiance great. The thing that stood out was the service. Our Waiter and the staff kept checking up on us and stating if we are good and if we needed anything else. This was ongoing on our dining experience here. This shows that their very adamant about the service given that reflect on their business. A tip worth giving. Not like those other locations where they barely put in any effort on customer service but expect you to tip 23% or more. I recommend this place in the Lakewood California area. You will get great tasting food and service. This is my go to for Greek food in this area.!“

I was so disappointed to learn it wasn't a menu item that could be ordered ?. Two little kids ran up to the man in the kitchen and asked if he could open their orange soda for them, the clip for the soda was broken off so he gave them a new one. “Everything was great. Atmosphere was amazing. Drinks took awhile and my friend whose birthday it was never got her second drink. And when it was time to pay I wanted to leave a little early so I had the waiter split my bill plus the birthday girl's drink and he ended up charging me the remainder on my card which was $130 instead of the $68 eventually we put everything on my card and had two transactions on my card instead of voiding it and having that amount pinned on my bank account. For what it's worth if this happens to you especially if you go in a large party remember that it is best to just zelle each other then void the transaction and have multiple pending transactions on your bank account. I was a little disappointed that all the waiter wanted to offer was to void the whole thing because as a server myself I know that this causes multiple pending transactions. So from both the customers point of view and the servers to make your life easier and theirs remember that nobody's perfect and mistakes can be made and if you can take the initiative to lead your group so that the money isn't lost in cyberspace so that not only the bill gets paid but everybody feels like they put a fair amount in then your experience will be a good one even if it seems like it's going south. So in conclusion I ended up staying a little bit longer than I wanted to but I felt like this was an experience that had to be shared and I hope this is helpful for people in the future.“

Needless to say, they have certainly nailed the nighttime vibe. Wonderful small plates, super yummy pizzas, creative and beautiful dishes. The place is small and very unassuming and in fact I thought I had walked in the wrong place if not for the yummalicious smell of the food in the air that had pulled me further in…my son picked this place out but I’d been wanting to try it for several months. I had the Lamb kabab dinner my son had the steak and then ordered a chicken kabab on the side. They were so delicious and tender I will order all 3 again. Yep. All THREE and share. Oh oh…the Garlic potatoes are off the rocker. So Ah-May-Zing! One order is enough for 2 people. But let’s talk hummus…seriously let’s talk. I love hummus and they do hummus. 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ for the hummus. So to recap we ordered the kabab dinner which are served over a huge bed of fluffy flavored rice with a grilled onion and tomato, huge serving of hummus ❤️ plus pita bread, salad, pickled spicy onions and the best garlic dip EHVERRRR! They have wraps, bowls and all kinds of items. The food is done right and I’m already planning to go back this week. They have 2 other locations. “Nancy at the counter is always fast and efficient. She really knows her menu! They have a variety of plates, salads, wraps, and sides. A few of my fan favorites include the works, which comes with a little bit of everything, kafta, beef, chicken, two falafel balls and two step grape leaves. Chicken wrap is made with pita bread, garlic paste, lettuce, tomatoes, and homemade salad dressing. The sides forBesides for your wraps are pickled turnips and your choice of spicy potatoes or salad. My favorite salad would be the grilled veggie salad with protein optional it has onions, bell peppers, zucchinis, yellow squash, and corn, all grilled and topped with their homemade balsamic dressing and feta cheese. Their stuffed grape leaves and falafel are always a hit as well. I have yet to try their baklava, but that is next on my list they’re located in a food plaza, so there are a bunch of other eating establishments as well and their dining areas and restrooms are always spotless. Most of the establishments have the restroom code and Wi-Fi password posted or if they don’t, you can always ask! The TVs mainly play the news and they have connections if you need to charge your phone or laptop overall, this is one of my favorite places to eat. Zankou Chicken is always good but this new location seemed just slightly better than the older ones. The food came out immediately and yet it was hot and fresh, like it had just been made. My only complaint is the complaint I have about Zankou in general, which is their portion size. Their quarter dark meat chicken plates are too small, but a half chicken would be too much (and I don't like white meat anyway, so it would be wasted on me). I always leave a Zankou still somewhat hungry, and that shouldn't happen, not with the prices they're charging. Please, Zankou, offer a three-piece chicken option! Either that, or get bigger chickens! The chicken legs you use are tiny!“

“I'm not sure why it took me so long to try this place, but I'm so glad Uber Eats suggested it. Firstly, their plates are jam-packed with abundant servings. Secondly, they're protein options are well seasoned, juicy, and delicious. I've had their beef, gyro, and chicken. All three are to die for, but my favorite is their beef and gyro. Lastly, their green sauce is fire/cherry on top. Yes, it's a bit spicy, but nothing you can't tolerate if you enjoy spice.
