“The staff was friendly and very attentive. I dined with a party of 6 and everyone seemed to enjoy the food and the portions were generous . We shared the mezza appetizer which was delicious and definitely enough for the 6 of us. I ordered a chicken bowl which was tasty but the chicken kabob was overcooked.“
“Great Food, even greater service! The Beef Kabob Pita Wrap, the SHRIMP Kabob Pita Wrap! The SAMOSAS! DELICIOUS! One night they forgot to include an item in my order. I called the next day and before I could get my Full sentence out, NAYA was already aware of the situation. She was extremely apologetic, offered to remake the item and included any item from the menu that I wanted for free for the inconvenience. THATS customer service. Tonight I came in and Allen greeted me with such kindness. He's the sweetest and remembered my order. Abdul, in the kitchen along with the rest of the kitchen staff do NOT disappoint! Every single time I order, the food has the same delicious quality. 10/10!“
“What an incredible dining experience! Our server Chase was outstanding - friendly, attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the food, and provided excellent suggestions. The hummus and pita bread were delicious, the "Yalanji" grape leaves appetizers were zesty and flavorful. We split the mixed mashawi skewers (chicken and kafta) as our main dish - delicious! And the mint lemonade was a perfect complement to our meal. I highly recommend Ammatoli, but make your reservation in advance!!! I made ours two weeks before our chosen date and there were limited times available. The restaurant is very popular - with good reason! - and a local friend told be we were lucky to get a reservation!“
“We arrived on the late side for a Sunday night, but the gracious ladies quickly seated us and brought the menus. We all decided on the kebab plates: 1 chicken, 1 lamb, and 1 salmon! All were cooked to perfection and served quickly. We did decide to add a half order of humus, as well!“
“great food, great vibea! we got the family style and it was so good, highly recommend the lamb chops! someone in our group cried because the food was so good. the waitstaff was so nice and helpful (especially Fabio) and it was a great night, highly recommend!“
“Keep coming back to this spot, for many reasons. The food, service, ambiance, location, novelty. I've been during the daytime for a latte in the sun, and I've been at night for an incredible dinner service. I would say I prefer the nighttime experience, just because the coffee is pretty over priced, and they haven't nailed the daytime-cafe-vibe yet. Needless to say, they have certainly nailed the nighttime vibe. Wonderful small plates, super yummy pizzas, creative and beautiful dishes. Recently, my group of four and I shared a pizza and a few small dishes as well as entrees. Out of all of the dishes, my Alaskan halibut was agreed upon as the best, which was surprising! The creamed leeks beneath the fish were unlike anything I've ever had. We also REALLY enjoyed the snap pea salad. Such unique flavor combinations! The burnt basque cheesecake and marscapone gelato were wonderful treats to end our meal. I will continue to come back!“
“This place was a random pick after seeing their cute patio in the back. I had the lentil soup with the Greek salad and it was delicious. I also added a lamb skewer that was tender and juicy. Service was fast and the house wine was great too. This is a great spot for solo travelers as they also have a comfortable bar.“
“The quality of the food here is next level. The explosion of flavors in your mouth are mind blowing. The chef of this restaurant really knows what he's doing. You can taste that the love and passion that goes into making this delicious food.“
“I was there right when it opened and had the best experience, everything was perfect and definitely will be going again. For the first time everything about a place complimented everything the staff were super helpful, the food was amazing, the drinks were nice and cheap, and the atmosphere was phenomenal.“
“Love love loveeee the food here! Super fresh, healthy and full of flavor. I especially love the gyro bowl. Lots of protein and it all just goes so good together. The pita wraps are really good too. The sauces they have are some of my favorite. Great prices for amazing food. Can't wait to try the deserts soon, those look so good-- definitely coming back on my cheat meal days. ;)“
“It's always seemed to me that chain restaurants tend to be best right after they've opened up, and that's definitely the case here. Zankou Chicken is always good but this new location seemed just slightly better than the older ones. The food came out immediately and yet it was hot and fresh, like it had just been made. My only complaint is the complaint I have about Zankou in general, which is their portion size. Their quarter dark meat chicken plates are too small, but a half chicken would be too much (and I don't like white meat anyway, so it would be wasted on me). I always leave a Zankou still somewhat hungry, and that shouldn't happen, not with the prices they're charging. Please, Zankou, offer a three-piece chicken option! Either that, or get bigger chickens! The chicken legs you use are tiny!“
“My peers have mentioned to me how I'm a tough reviewer and how it takes *a lot* for me to give 5 stars. This is an easy 5 stars from me, and if that's not saying something, I don't know what will. D'Vine Mediterranean Experience is located at North Los Altos Shopping Center on the northeast corner of Bellflower and Stearns. It's easy to miss because you can't see it from the main parking lot in front of Target, Big Lots, and Trader Joe's. If you see Five Below, it's in that building, but on the opposite side. You should be able to see it if you're traveling horizontally on Stearns, but if you're traveling vertically on Bellflower, you'd only be able to see it driving northbound. Thanks to a Fivestars offer. I was able to try D'Vine at a discount, and what an effective way to get me through that front door! It wasn't too busy inside, but Jonathan takes his time to service each and every customer whether they are a regular or a first-timer like yours truly. I prefaced this review by mentioning how tough of a reviewer I have been lately, especially with this brutal stretch where it felt like things kept falling apart at inopportune times. After my experience here, I felt like this brutal stretch may have stopped, if only for a brief moment, but it was so nice to finally catch my breath for once. There are three TV monitors above the front counter showing the menu. It sounds like a lot, but only one of those TVs was for entrees. The others were for starters, salads, soups, kids meals, desserts, and pita pockets. There's also a menu on the counter if you don't want to look up. For entrees, you have the option of mixing any two proteins. The TV didn't specify any restrictions, but I think one of the menus on the counter did. If there really are stipulations to this option, that should be spelled out on the TV menu too, even in fine print, so as to not be misleading. Since I've been trying to avoid red meat, and I wasn't in the mood for chicken, it was a really easy choice for me: Salmon! I knew the entrees would come with rice and pita bread, but I overlooked the right side specifying that entrees come with two sides! I had no clue about several of them, but Jonathan was happy enough to describe them for me. I'm convinced he knows the menu inside and out because when I was struggling to say mutabal after just the first syllable, he knew what I meant and immediately answered. I went with mutabal and the turshi, the last of which is like a mini platter of vegetables you don't normally see at other restaurants. Jonathan mentioned that it takes about 20 minutes to cook the salmon and wanted to make sure I was okay with the long wait. Of course, and I totally appreciate him letting me know so that I'm not anxiously waiting inside twiddling my thumbs for an eternity. And speaking of inside, I absolutely adored the interior! Plenty of greenery on the walls, and there's even a flower backdrop with a neon sign that would be perfect for the gram. It was a little over 20 minutes before Jonathan let me know my order was ready. He offered a set of utensils as well, which even though they weren't packed in plastic, was still a nice gesture! And the food was divine! Or should I say, D'Vine! The salmon I got was a really generous sized filet that even if I had paid full price, I still think it'd be worth it! The rice was infused with flavor as well that no sauce was needed even though they also gave me a white tangy yogurt sauce on the side, a serendipitous surprise! I used the sauce as well as the mutabal on the salmon and the pita bread, which was cut open in the middle so that I could have made a pita pocket if I'd like. It would have been hard to with my meal, so I simply used it with the last remaining sauces. Jonathan was outstandingly superb that I can't tell if he's the store manager or not. If he's not, he was trained really well and could very well be the store manager in the near future! D“
“It was terrible. From the time we walked in it was like what are you doing here. It took them forever to bring a menu & even water it was as if they didn't want us there. Then the waitress trick us to order this meal for 2 people which cost us almost $80. which we split the bill. The manager didn't help at all because we call her to the table. We were the only black people in the place.“
“We finally got to try this place with legendary roots in New York. The food, service, and atmosphere were all pretty good. We had the small combo plate with rice, vegetables and choices of proteins. It was a delicious and balanced lunch. We have a young puppy so we appreciate the outdoor seating area.Parking: There are plenty of free parking at this large shopping center.“
“This is the best location. In my humble opinion, Belmont heights is the one most worth going to because of the overall service, portion, and taste. You can share a plate with someone or be super full off your own. I've gone to every location by the way. I first had Green Olive some years back at a meeting. They got catering from here and when I tell you I had one bite and ran to our director and asked where the food was from! I love Mediterranean food and the flavors experienced here were incredible. My favorite thing is ordering some chicken tawook and adding some veggie skewers, which is not on the menu but doable ;) And I truly can't pick between the garlic and jalapeño sauce. They're both so good and I can NOT eat my food without them both! Their pita bread is also sold by bag and it's super cheap!! I think it's a dollar. Like literally a dollar and it's on a stand by the exit. Parking is awesome, they have a shared lot of street parking is on a great area of Long Beach and won't be a hassle. One of my favorite things is getting takeout here and eating it at the Colorado lagoon to watch the sunset. Don't tell anyone OK? I don't want it to get crowded. Anyway, I truly do recommend you try something here. Feel free to go to any of their locations but this one has my heart and I will continue patronizing as long as I'm breathing.“
“this was my first time trying mediterranean food and i'm obsessed! the chicken was so juicy! don't even let me get started on the rice! it had such an amazing texture AND flavor and I'm VERY picky about my rice. We didn't get to eat inside because it was a bit crowded but after tasting this I can see why!! the parking situation isn't the best because there's other businesses that also get busy, but it is worth it.“
“Today I had the pleasure of stopping by this delightful establishment. I was greeted by an amazing woman by the name of Caroline, accompanied by amazing smells of food, music, and not to mention the cleanliness of the dining area. I have been craving some tasty birria and was not quite sure where I could satisfy my cravings. I stumbled across Fatima's Grill, and boy let me tell ya! I ordered the traditional quesabirria tacos and then was told I can even get them with asada and even shrimp wow!! I did half birria and half steak. 10/10 would recommend!! They were cheesy, crunchy, juicy, flavorful, and all in all just amazing!! I also got a birria burrito and again 10/10 would recommend!! Not to mention I had the option to add hot Cheetos to half of my burrito WOW!! All in all the service and the food was impeccable and will definitely tell my friends and family. Please give it a try!! Thank you Caroline !! P.S The sauce in the bottle is tasty if you like a nice spice“
“I had an amazing dining experience .The flavors of their kebabs are out of this world. The meat was perfectly tender and seasoned to perfection. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The service was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended!"“
“Pizza is surprisingly good. It's a thin crust but actually still chewy and a bit dense. And the edge of the crust is quite flavorful and fun to eat. Not too crispy or burnt to crisp. They should add a 14" pizza option, because the only options, 10" and 16", don't leave a good choice for two people. 16" is doable for two but you may have to force yourself beyond comfortYelena provided A+ service, very helpful and friendly“
“This spot was on point. I'm a difficult customer. I didn't know what I wanted. Yammel was so awesome. She answered my dozen of questions and put together a dinner for my husband and I that was healthy, filling, and delicious. I did take out. I ordered the family style dinner but I got beef kebab and steak instead of chicken for a bit of a charge. We also ordered the appetizer platter and tiramisu for desert. The sides of salad and pita, and everything that came with these meals will give us about three nights of Dinner. Ordering DoorDash or Uber Eats is becoming ridiculous. You pay $15-$20 in fees. So that's why I came in to order take out. So about 80 bucks we'll eat 3 nights. We would easily drop that on one dinner if we went out. Prices are just insane lately. Thank you Yammel for being so patient with me and for being friendly and kind.“
“Because I missed eating Arabic food in America, I immediately went for a walk by chance to this restaurant. It is an ancient Eastern Arab charm of Lebanese food with international standardsReception girl is not niceThe waitress who took the order was very nice and cheerfulAs for dessert, it is necessary to try it after eatingTry Crumble Baklava with ice cream, it is very delicious“
