Ordered online and was immediately texted that they received my order and would keep me updated. They never did. After an hour I went in and the manager said that they never text people. The "manager" was extremely rude and wouldn't give me his last name. Really terrible service.

My little brother went to pick up the pizza and a middle aged lady was so rude to him. I watched from the car as she didn't let him in spoke rudely to him and kept eyeing him as he was walking back to the car with the pizza. Pizza was decent i guess but im scared she might have spit on the food. She was also so rude on the phone and acted like us just trying to get our pizza was bothering her. You're at work do you expect people not to eat pizza? And I know my little brother isn't rude because he's so forgiving he didnt want me to write this review because he didnt want to get her in trouble0/10 customer service I dont know how that lady still has a job!

Terrible customer service. Alex promised me a refund email but didn't arrive. Manager tonight wont help or listen to issue. I guess they prefer chargebacks over customer service. Tell me to contact customer service but refuse to give a phone number.

Delivery was 45 minutes late. Food was cold and so old the pizza had to be re-cut. The box cut easier than the pizza. For those people that rated this resturant a 2 or above. That is very optimistic of you

I heard how the so called manager Jacinto went off on a lady that was trying to pay for her pizza.. the customer clearly told them to charge an amount in the card because she obviously didn't have enough money on the card and she would pay the rest cash. The cashier made a mistake and charged the wrong amount and cancelled the transaction when she realized it was wrong. So when they tried to charge the right amount, the card declined. So the customer told them that it was not her mistake it was their mistake, and the manager Jacinto said, "What do you want me to do, pay out of my pocket of give it to you for free?" Embarrassing the customer in public. She obviously didn't have enough money and I actually gave her the money to cover her pizza. I called the store later and asked for the district manager's phone number and he gave me the wrong number and told me district managers name was Brisa, Brisa is in fact another employee from the same location. I would never go back to that Papa John's in Lakewood ever again. If any upper management reads this, your staff needs coaching. No customer should feel humiliated in public.

I was really disappointed with my last Papa John's order. The pizza was cold and the crust was soggy. I called the store to complain and they were very apologetic. They gave me a refund and a coupon for a future order.
