Wanted original recipe kfc chicken, told us they only had extra crispy available. Did not want that. Huge disappointment! Employees were nice however. Have food hot fresh and ready for customers especially during dinner time for families with children as myself.

This place is a little Gold Mine, right off the freeway and just swirling down the drain. It should be packed all the time! Either the owner doesn't care or the management doesn't care. This place has been open far longer than what it should have been, judging by the extremely POOR QUALITY of both the Food AND the Serving Team. I was literally the ONLY CUSTOMER (How is that?!) and I still had to wait in my car for my (under cooked) cheeseburger and fries. To top it off, the girl who (finally) brought my food out to me couldn't even muster a "Thank You" or a "Have a nice night". It was more like she held the bag out, said "Here" and walked away after I took it from her. As if her having to bring my order out to me was inconveniencing her somehow. I always like to give a second chance. This was the second time I have gotten poor service here. I won't be coming back and 0/0 would not recommend.

We stopped here for a couple of drinks and an ice cream. The staff serving us were very nice. However, we were very disappointed by the drinks and softee we purchased. I was craving for a real AW Root Beer drink. Didn't taste anything like I remembered. Not even close. Someone didn't get the recipe right. My wife got the root beer float. So-so, more ice cream than root beer. And the vanilla frosty didn't taste anywhere near like a softee, something off.

Unless you have all day to sit and wait in the drive thru then be told at the window to pull to the front and wait some more years I suggest going some place else. I doordash and decline every order from this place everyday.

I haven't been to this location in a little over a year now. But I see it making a comeback and seeing new people. Shows their moving in the right direction, I hope their new manager can keep the good food coming and the good vibes going. He always has a smile on his face and always happy to serve us when we stop by. On one occasion he pulled out his wallet and bought a new cake for us to try out. I've never had any manager do that for us and he also let my family sample their new nuggets.We'll be back soon for sure.

This place is a joke, they never have any available when you ask through the drive thru. Several times I just have to drive off and go somewhere else. I tried to get some chicken pot pies and was told to wait 25 mins so they can bake it, I said no way and drove 10 mins to the other KFC in Manteca and got my order right away.
Warning...ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles and cheese curds. Took them 10 mins to cook it and when I got home I had a plain cheeseburger with just mustard...shame on the workers there won't be returning...

Terrible. Spent my whole lunch hour in the drive thru all for a single Papa burger combo. Then as I get to the window, they ask if I can pull around and they'll bring it out. My root beer was just carbonated water and the top bun was frozen and it was prepared a big mess.

Signage needs to be repaired. Wish they had one of those things so you wouldn't get wet when ordering. But they had what i ordered today.

I love soft serve ice cream. Don't care for the cone.I just want it in a cup But young servers just can't understand that. When I ask for soft serve in the cup he kept asking me if I wanted a Sunday.I said no just the soft serve without the cone. He ask if I wanted a pint of ice cream I said no I just want the soft serve in in a cup. He says ok so that would be a Sunday. I said no , its just ice cream in a cup. Not a Sunday. "I don't understand" he says. So I said listen, just get a small cup, put the ice cream in it, put a lid on it, charge me what ever you think is fair. Can you do that?" He replies " I don't know, let me ask someone".
