The flavors of authentic Japanese cuisine were excellent. Filet Mignon with Japanese soy sauce and herbs was so amazing. I loved every bite. The texture was amazing too in each of the dishes and the rice was just perfectly cooked and I could taste the amazing rice vinegar. Perfect.
