A restaurant with excellent service, and right off I-5. When I walked in, I was greeted by two gentlemen (Daniel and Oscar). Right away, they took my order and lunch wad served. I like my BBQ really hot, so I do wish I had asked for it to be hotter (personal preference). The condiment bar has tasty sauces ranging from basic to spicy (I loved the spicy one). There is free ice cream (when you dine in)! Root beer float time! ? Clean restaurant, safe neighborhood, and delicious BBQ. Ya, really can't go wrong with this food pick.Parking: Location with other vendors, plenty of parking, but of course, be mindful of peak hours.Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on Sundays.

Very bad--no fat trimmed from the pork used in sandwich. Pork still on raw side. Fries were totally soaked in grease, discolored, and unedible. The people working there had zero training. I have been to many good Dickey's. This was the only one I would call terrible.

My family and I went there a few months ago. The pulled pork and brisket were both dried out. We had to smother them in sauce so that they were not dried out. The staff was rude and did not seem to pay attention to what we ordered leaving out items such as drinks and sides we ordered. The food is very overpriced for the quality. The owner was rude when some gift cards I used for payment did not work
I think they're crazy to charge $4.30 for a drink.. they're going to price themself right at a business.

Meat should be central to a barbecue place and the pulled pork and brisket on my two-meat platter was pretty good. It was good enough that I was not inclined to add too much of the barbecue sauce that was very meh. The side of barbecue beans was also meh. My other side, fried okra, would have been great with 10 percent of the salt. With the salt it had, it was hard to eat. The most remarkable part of the meal was the "Texas toast." It was a passable ciabatta roll, but Texas toast it was NOT.

Wow where do I start?1. Menu Screens are placed in different area so you have to keep going back and forth.2. Service was great but girl at register didn’t know what she was doing.3. Food was terrible, and I was charged $18 for a “plate” and I’m starving still after eating it.. portions are super super small- like $4 worth of food.4. Strip mall area is super dirty.

Overall the food is good quality but the taste is bland. I got the chicken sandwich and a 3 meat plate. They didn't give me what I ordered, messed up, they also almost didn't give me my drink when I paided for one. The fries are great, the slaw is great, the mac and cheese is a KFC rip off. I like it but the prices are too high for subpar food.
