The truck was at Common Space Brewery on a Saturday afternoon when we had dinner. We opted for the garanchas and quesabirria tacos plate. The total was a little over $30 for the combo, and it ended up being plenty of food for my wife and I.Both dishes came out piping hot. That includes the consomme on the side. Great authentic Guatemalan cuisine!The garnachas are amazing!The ceviche is delicious!They offer some Mexican dishes like quesabirria tacos and flautas.They have specials every couple of days and usually on Sundays.Ordering ahead through Instagram is recommended, they tend to sell out of the specials before closing time.
