I believe all the negative reviews are submitted by losers! Lol. Meaning they did not profit off of their game play. Sometimes I go home with empty pockets and most of the other visits I break even or profit. That's how it is. The employees I've encountered are professional and helpful. I wish that when they remodeled the rooms , they would have also replaced the beds. They're too firm, lumpy, and you can feel the coils. For the price you're paying for these rooms, you'd think keeping your customers happy and comfortable would be your main goal.
