Farmers Market

I live in the area and like to support local small businesses when I can. This place is unusual in that it has a restaurant as well as a grocery store. They sell beer, wine, local produce, other produce, canned goods, frozen foods, pet foods, bakery items, snacks, they have a hand scoop ice cream station, and they have an elaborate meat department. Stopped here on the way back from Phoenix - was hoping to find some decent meats to throw on the smoker and they had plenty. Picked up some chicken thighs and filet mignon. The prices were decent - less than the big stores. Didn't stay long as the husband and dogs waited in the truck, but the place was clean and the produce looked nice. Lots of local items too. Will definitely go back, try some of their Mexican food, and do some more shopping. Love to support the local businesses!

Years ago we used to come here all the time for the store and restaurant. The prices of the items in the store have gone way up and the quality way down. Found lots of expired items so we didn't buy anything from the market side. We did buy food but for over 70 dollars worth of what we got it wasn't worth it. Food is not what it used to be.
