“Excellent!! So Good!! Hidden Gem!! I've never been to Guatemala, but I felt like I really was!! It was a real Homestyle cooking mom and Pop! These are the best garnachas I've ever had...they were huge! I thought they were gonna be street style but the flavor was so good and they were so big grande! The Champarado was so yummy too! The only place in the AV that has Guatemalan food and dishes besides the food truck in Palmdale. The owner was very nice and telling her stories about her hometown in Guatemala! Thank you again...delicioso!!“
“Stopped in for taco Tuesday on our way home from the mountain, and were so happy we did. It was very busy, and I could tell it must have just been the one woman at the register and one cook in the back because it took a while to get the food out. However the cashier was very nice and helpful despite being so busy.The tacos were some of the best we've had in a while! I tried a Pollo, carnitas, asada, pastor, and would have only been happier if I'd gotten 2 of each.We'll stop by again every time we're that way, and recommend others do too!“
“Stopped here on the way back from Phoenix - was hoping to find some decent meats to throw on the smoker and they had plenty. Picked up some chicken thighs and filet mignon. The prices were decent - less than the big stores. Didn't stay long as the husband and dogs waited in the truck, but the place was clean and the produce looked nice. Lots of local items too. Will definitely go back, try some of their Mexican food, and do some more shopping. Love to support the local businesses!“
“My sister and I have been hunting for the best menudo in or around Palmdale Ca. We've been to several restaurants and some have been okay and not so okay, So we decided to check out this place because it had good reviews. So when we got there the place from the outside didn't look very appealing because the front door it seemed it was boarded because it had been robbed a few days ago so anyway we decided to go in and inside it was pleasant and it looked clean. So we ordered menudo and surprisingly it was so far the best menudo that we've had besides making it at home. We are definitely coming back to check out their other dishes from the menu. Next time I will take a picture of the food.“
“We were heading to San Bernardino and stopped for food. Found this little while in the wall. Family owned. We had a Carne asada with eggs, rice and beans and a chilliqias. Servers were attentive and accommodating. It seems the menudo was very popular. Sorry we forgot to take pictures.“
“Delicious food and great service. I only tried this place because some evil demon cut me off at the El Pollo Loco drive thru. It proved to be a blessing because my sopes de asada were fantastic and fresh. The asada is quality asada, which is very rare to find. I will definitely go back.“
“So I stumbled upon this gem of a place hidden in Pearblossom a bit past Littlerock ... I highly recommend it if you looking for a seafood restaurant , Sinaloa style. Amazing flavor. Sashimi is a hit, ceviche crudo verde is on point. Service is just as equal as the amazing food. Michelada is perfect“
“Went to have breakfast at our favorite place la Palma of course we had to get the chicharon home made tortillas delicious I got the huevos a la mexicana nubby got his chilaquiles !! Just and fyi they now take debit !!! Service was great as always“
“The food was sooo fire and mouth watering. I was in heaven. I took a bite and my eyes instantly rolled in the back of my head! That hot ? sauce was lit. In a literal way but in a good way. I would definitely eat here again. The food literally was melting in my mouth. Especially with the creamy sauce they added on the shrimp ?? just delicious“
“Let's place is literally in the middle of the desert in Lancaster. You're not gonna find anything else there but this delicious taco spot. The corn tortillas are handmade, fresh to order and meat is seasoned perfectly. I would easily drive an hour and a half. For a 20-minute, sit down at this spot. I'll be back with the family because this was a hidden, unknown gem to no one else but the locals AND NOW YOU KNOW! Go!!!“
“This place is awesome. Staff were super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I got the breakfast burger--eggs, bacon, grilled onions, and fresh jalapeños IN ADDITION to the classic burger fixings....super filling and delicious. Coffee wasn't bad either. Will definitely go again next time I swing through town.“
“This place is 20/10 customer service is phenomenal! I ordered a burrito steak (Carne Asada ) with everything. I got my order in standard timing . When I got to my car to eat it the first bite I knew this was authentic!! I came back to buy another one same way for my brother and he called his son and told them about the burrito and I went back in for a 3rd burrito! This place is it ok !! Must try . I'm from Chicago Illinois and we are big on food quality . You can tell that steak was authentic! I will be back again trust and believe.... the guy at the register was phenomenal thank you for your service sir.!! And to the cooks thank you for putting up with me and making my burrito to perfection as I was continuously coming back ????????!!! Thank you to all 3 staff that was on duty this was an amazing experience! $11 for burrito with cheese“
“Greeting and service is good. Waitress needs to be more attentive. Food is hmmmgood excellent cook. Location is great and area is good and they been there for a good while which is good Parking is great. It's clean but can use a little more bright lighting.“
“Taqueria & Birrieria is one of these "dives" from the TV show "Diners & Dives"It is very clean and displays a grade of "A" for its California restaurant code.The place has an older atmosphere with comfortable booths. The food is served "HOT" right off the grill.The carnitas is marvelous as well as the Goat Birria, which is untouchably delicious. The aroma of the food penetrates the surroundings outside areas. If you like goat or just plain authentic Spanish/Mexican food, Taqueria & Birrieria is the only place to go in the Antelope Valley!“

“The food is great but the biggest issue with this place is that they take forever! Please order your food 30-40min before going to eat or you will be waiting forever. Made a phone order but they thought it was a prank so I had to wait the 40min there once“

“A friend of mine recommended ND's, a spot inside the Chevron, and honestly, I was pretty skeptical at first. A gas station eatery doesn't typically scream quality, right? But this place was good!I tried the turkey sandwich; it made me pause after the first bite and go, 'Okay, this is legit.' Prices are fair, especially considering the portion sizes, which are generous without being over-the-top.I thought maybe my first great experience was luck, so I decided to give ND's another shot. And the food was consistently good the second time around.Don't let the gas station setting fool you. This isn't your average quick-stop food. It's clear they put effort into their food.“

“We ordered a regular and a tamarindo margaritas. They were a jumbo size and very refreshing. The meat molcajete was very delicious. The meat, chicken and shrimp were very tender and fresh. It also came with nopales, cebollinos, queso fresco, guac and beans - tortillas. The place was nice and clean, looks more like sports bar with plenty TVs but it was not loud. The server was very pleasant and courteous.“

“Had a couple of tacos (chicken and carnitas) for lunch, which included rice and beans. After ordering, I was served freshly made tortilla chips with 2 different salsas, salsa roja and salsa verde. All of it was amazing. The sauces had a good spice to them.These were the best tacos, rice and beans I have ever had. Everything was so tasty but very light at the same time. It wasn't overly seasoned but was delicious and flavorful.The atmosphere is fairly basic, but that is part of the charm. This isn't your regional/national chain mexican restaurant. They have bright, vibrant colors on the walls. I would call this a "whole in the wall" place, and it was totally worth it. I would absolutely go here again!“
“Just moved to this area and had been looking for a decent Mexican restaurant. I understand that there's an abundance of them out in the area but finding a GOOD one isn't as easy as you'd think. Their menu is simple but I have yet to try something that is not good. Their burritos, tortas and nachos are great! For some reason their hours are listed as 1900-2100 but they are open from 1000-2200.“
