“Got take out; fresh. Tender chicken. Chow mein and mu shi had perfect flavor. Crab Rangoon and egg rolls were as good as anything you’d expect from American Chinese. Prices are reasonable but not amazing. Food was my favorite of anywhere in Livermore, however. If you’ve been looking for Chinese but just a step up from what else is around, try here.“

“We had dinner at Canton Village in Livermore, California, and it was a wonderful experience. My aunt, who lives in Livermore, brought us there since it’s one of her favorite restaurants, and now I understand why. The three of us shared the House Special Dinner, which was a fantastic spread. It included fried prawns, egg rolls, barbecued spare ribs, Mandarin orange beef, prawns with snow peas, honey walnut prawns, and house fried rice. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The honey walnut prawns were especially memorable, and every dish had great balance and taste. The variety made it perfect for sharing, and we left very satisfied. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the overall dining experience was excellent. It’s not exactly light on the wallet—the price is $32.95 per person as of March 2026—but considering the amount and quality of food you receive, it felt like a very good value. I would absolutely recommend Canton Village to anyone looking for delicious Chinese food in Livermore.“
