“We requested an appetizer menu , they sent a whole list for us to choose from . We ordered dahi vada, papri Chaat, sandwiches, bread roll, pasta and Malai chicken. Everything turned out delicious. All the guests enjoyed the food. The communication was clear. We are so happy we found them and will definitely order again for other parties“
“Best decision to have dinner! Great food and very accommodating to persons level of taste in spice. It was a first for my boyfriend who loved the punjabi rice, chicken vindaloo, garlic nan bread and dessert! I had chicken tikki Marsala and white rice was fantastic! We will definitely go again! Wine list was good but only thing is I ordered a cocktail on their menu and they did not have a key ingredient in stock from bar??!! I would recommend the bar be better stocked with an item listed on their menu!“
“Tried this 6+ month old restaurant in my neighbourhood for thr first time, exceptional value for money. Despite the high quality of ingredients and the generous portions, the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it an accessible dining option for all.“
“Hidden gem …. Literally ! LolBc The entrance is kind of hard to find. It’s tucked inside the form factor office building.I was delivering a load near by at us foods. Found this place on google dedicated to check it out Had to walk around the building to find it.There won’t be any signs and the phone number doesn’t work but glad I found it.Very quick & reasonably priced lunch optionsI got the grilled mackerelIt was about 12$Definitely coming back if I’m in the area“
“During my inaugural visit to Savor, a contemporary Indian dining establishment nestled in Livermore, California, I opted for the Veg Dum Biryani for lunch, complemented by a side of Raita. Choosing to indulge in my meal amidst the tranquil ambiance of the outdoor patio, I was met with impeccable customer service from the staff, their attentiveness adding to the overall dining experience. As I savored each bite, it became evident that the culinary craftsmanship behind each dish was unparalleled. Savor exudes excellence in both service and cuisine, making it a noteworthy destination for those seeking a memorable dining experience.“
“Oh, the food! It was nothing short of divine. The extensive menu offered a wide range of authentic Indian dishes, each prepared with an exquisite blend of spices that tantalized my taste buds in the most delightful way. I particularly loved their signature [dish name], a mouthwatering symphony of flavors that I can’t wait to savor again.“
“After a long time a fine luxury restaurant (indian cuisine) we are seeing in pleasanton/dublin area. The taste is amazing, ambience is pretty good and service too. They have robotic trolleys/serving trays on which food arrives and then is served by waiters.“
“The owners are very friendly, kind and accommodating. They always remember me and make an effort to talk to me and catch up. Besides the owners the food is outstanding. It is really hard to find good Indian food and this place is the best I have ever had and I have tried a lot. I now live in Mountain House and still travel to Pleasanton to get food from here. They always make my food spicy as I request very very spicy. I only wish that they had more locations. Try this place yesterday!“
“Cafe Taja exceeded my expectations! Muskan's impeccable service added a personal touch to my dining experience. The tea selection at Cafe Taja stands out as one of the finest in the area, boasting rich and aromatic flavors. Whether you're a tea enthusiast or just seeking a great cup, Cafe Taja delivers. I highly recommend this spot for its exceptional service by Muskan and its remarkable tea offerings. A definite must-visit for anyone craving quality beverages and warm hospitality!“
“Everything we have ever tried at India Garden has been delicious and we have eaten here for a couple years now. Their palak paneer is top notch and comes with a cube of butter on it. Real Indian food often has a spicy kick, so if you can't take the heat, make sure to let them know and ask for mild. It will still have a ton of flavor and some spice for many of the dishes. If you need something on the super mild side, ask for a recommendation. Their Malai Kofta is absolutely amazing. If I could eat from here every day, I probably would. The veggie samosas are on the spicy side, but delicious with chutneys. Sometimes we order extra to make a couple mealsVegetarian options: You can get all sorts of dishes with veggies, potatoes, paneer cheese, rice, etc.Parking: Very limited number of spots in the lot and many are restricted to other businesses during the day. Park on the street in nearby neighborhoods and get a nice little walk in. It's easier. Exiting the parking lot onto the main street is a bit blind and full of pedestrians. Be cautious.“
“This is our 2nd visit in a month. Quality of food and service was consistently good. Servers were considerate and friendly with our 15 month old. Everything tased fresh and the restaurant looked clean. Mango lassi is one among the best in the area. Dosas were delicious. This is our family’s new favorite spot.“
“It was a little busy when I visited, but the wait was short. The staff was very efficient and attentive. The food was fantastic, my favorite was the vada pav, which is a battered and fried potato patty in a roll with a spicy spread and a fresh chili on the side. If you order the bhel, eat it first and fast so it maintains its texture.“
“I was looking for good Indian restaurant in the Bay Area, I’m from Canada & I was missing good Indian food. This restaurant offers great selection of items. Love love loved their food. I never like daal maakhni but I had it here today & the taste was amazing!! Their chole bhature are the best I have ever tastes. This is the only restaurant I will be visiting from now on !!!“
“We ordered the Pav bhaji, Amchi Mumbai sandwich and Papdi chaat! While the papdi chaat and sandwich were delicious, the pav bhaji was sub par.Great, quick service! Would have given 5 stars for the atmosphere too but it was super noisy. Considering it was raining and the weekend wait was long that is understandable. Will be back to try more items on the menu!“
“The food is very good. But the idea is serving in disposable wares is actually a bad idea. This is a case of good intentions but bad results. They should switch to stainless steel wares which is more eco friendly. Right now these disposable wares even if they a compostable (not sure ) will occupy spaceThey also have an issue with planning for the crowd. They are on the precipice of going down the tubes if they are not careful with crowd handling. Bay area has lots of options and no one has good experience with the service staffThe lady in the front (I believe the owner or owner spouse) must learn a thing or two about customer service. These people have to understand that they are not doing us the public any favors . That is the vibe this lady gives“
“We tried this place today. Ordered pani puri, masala puri, dahi puri , muntha masala and an egg puff. All the dishes are excellent. The pani puri was really good. The egg puffs was nice and flavorful reminiscent of puffs I've had back in the day. Muntha masala is a must try item from them. I havent seen this in this bay area. This reminded me of my childhood.“
“If you would like to have authentic masala Vada, mesu Vada, cofee, chai and tamizh meals. This is the place to go. Great place and great service. It's the place for good tasty tamizh food. If your focus is ambience then search for another place. Good and tasty food go thos place. This place needs some “
“What a hidden gem! 10/10 recommend. Great service and what an idea… Indian food on pizza?? I mean come on. The butter chicken pizza and the Bombay pizza were delicious. I am only here for the weekend and we are already planning on coming back.“
“I have been here quite a few times and i love the concept of this place. I love the katti rolls, the burritos and the Pizza. Not a great fan of masala fries but the ones mentioned above were good to taste. Ambience is okay, the staff is a bit slow to take orders and needs to work on their communication skills. Over all i like this place. Seeing so many reviews about food poisoning is a little concerning to me, so I request the owner to double click on that and address those concerns. I haven’t had such a bad experience but these reviews can overshadow the great concept, food and taste this place offers especially the katti rolls which is a rare find in the bay area.“
“The new and improved Everest Momo. We had visited in the past and liked the fried rice, noodles, and momo. I was craving some spicy fried rice so we decided to visit. When we walked in, we realized this was not the Everest we remembered from 6 months ago. We chose a table and then received a completely overhauled menu. There were so many choices and lots of them looked delicious. We went with the veg biryani, tandoori aloo, and laccha paratha. We asked for things to be made spicy. Everything was delicious and the sauces were fantastic. Before we left, we were already making plans to return.“
“We were in a mood for a pizza, and decided to go with Tandoori Pizza. Per recommendation of the host, we had Chicken Tikka pizza. It was a perfect combination of spicy, cheesy, and a perfect crust. Definitely recommend to try it if you want to try a pizza with a different spin.“
“best indian pizza in town. we ordered light cheese because we like light cheese pizza and we got discount for that . i was surprised. pizza taste very good. no extra charges for ranch. kind employee. excellent customer service. will definitely come back on weekends.“
“The food here is fantastic. Especially kothmira kodi which is special here. One of the best restaurants in the bay area. You need to try this place at least once and the service is really good. No need to worry about any parking issue there is lot of space here.“
“Dined at Frontier Spice Indian Cuisine last night. The flavors were an absolute delight, and the service was impeccable. Tried their signature dishes, and each one was a burst of authentic Indian spices. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming. A memorable culinary journey that I look forward to repeating soon!“
“This is a grocery store with a small restaurant attached. Their food is great. Some of it is very spicy so be aware. I like to go for curry hour, but the grocery store is great too. Reasonably priced.Vegetarian options: Most (not all) of their offerings are naturally vegetarian, as is a lot of Indian food“
“Ordered a takeaway combo. It was decent taste wise but the balance in terms of quantity needs to change. The paneer curry and dal was less I thought, and on the other side, a large portion of rice to go with it. Also, never come across Rajma in dal tadka as such. That was weird to experience that. Naan was good. Might try something again next time and hopefully things improve. But the price was quite reasonable after the discount being offered unlike other restaurants.“
“Perfect 5/5 for Veg breakfastKal dosa,Aapams were terrific, tasty and above all vegan + oil freeRed chutney with hint of mint 5/5Coconut milk 5/5Absolute winner is the vada curry 10/5If you are tired of the usual idly/dosa/pongal/vada breakfast, you know what to order now:)“
“The food, service and ambience - all were great! We had paneer tikka, dal makni, and malai kofta along with the kadai paneer. The quantities were decent and taste was delicious. We ended the meal with kulfi Falooda which was one of the best I have had in Bay Area. Two things that need to be improved: Aam Panna drink had too much sugar and felt artificial. And then Masala tea was lukewarm and taste was not good either.“
