Went to Jamba a few weeks ago and had an overall pleasant experience.First thought when I entered....when did they change the name to Jamba lol!I went with my two toddlers and the team was great and very kind to them, oddly only seating was outside but they allowed me to bring a couple chairs inside for the kiddos.Will be back for more!

Showed up to order at 8:37pm and they denied my order because they stop taking acai bowls at 8:30 even though they close at 9pm. My little sister works at Jamba Juice and she has to take guest orders up until 9 on the dot since they get cleaning time after 9pm to close the store. I’m very disappointed with this location especially when the Acai base is pre made.

Service was great. The girl that helped me was able to split our drinks. 3 ways which I love. The only thing I didn't like was the surprise in the bathroom? Good thing I took my kid to the bathroom. At panda express before we came here.

(7/3 morning) I arrived to pick up my online order. Just to find out I had most likely had order it at the wrong location as they didn't see it on their screen! The ladies were fast to resolve the problem and made me my drink. I had ordered a L apple n' greens but they gave me 2 smalls ... hahah totally fine Great ambiance as always and the drinks were delicious !!:)

Worst service. There were two employees and both seemed either careless of the job or new. Waited over 30 minutes for a drink. Absolutely ridiculous. One employee seemed stoned out of his mind and was moving so slow.

I like their smoothies except maybe a bit overpriced but so far orders arrived quickly from DoorDash. Caribbean and açaí drinks taste good , greens n ginger not so much but I feel like it's a healthier option. I'm hoping drinking the greens n ginger will make me feel better from a sore throat:-(

I love their blue bowl and they are nice every time, when I had a fresh tongue piercing they blended everything for me and were so accommodating every time with how much blue spirulina I request best lunch ever and I am obsessed

Server Danielle W had probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She had attitude the entire time. I asked the difference between two drinks as I don’t come to Jamba often. This was obviously too much to ask as she snapped back with a sarcastic response. She cut me off multiple times during my order and when I asked about a neighbor discount she scoffed and had to ask another employee. She didn’t even put the name on my order correct so when my order was up I had no clue. She then gave me a hard time for asking for two packets of mustard for my pretzel because apparently only one from my order qualifies for a single packet of mustard. This woman seriously needs a review in customer service or to find another job that doesn’t include customer service.

Going to this Jamba location was a different experience than any other. I walked in to smiles and being greeted. I needed time to pick smoothie and luckily I was recommended a delicious one. Favorite location and the best staff (:

Fruit fly infestation!!! This location has struggled for YEARS to get their fruit fly problem under control. Tried coming today and they are everywhere. Swarming my face as I type this. Just hoping none land in my drink. Last time coming here. I'd rather drove across town where I get better service and no flies at the 1st street.

Amazing location and the freshest of ingredients but I really wish the staff had better customer service. I said Goodmorning and the guy behind me said Goodmorning and it seemed like a chore to say it back and the guy behind me did not even get a response. This place is my go to but today I always debated going to the one on first street instead.
