The WORST customer service.If the manager in charge of this location, Rachel, sees this, I want her to know her employees left me and another customer waiting for over 5 minutes, just standing there. Never ONCE acknowledged us and didn't apologize for the wait or anything. NOT friendly at all. And a girl in glasses still proceeded to the customer that was behind me attitude. She didn't greet or was friendly with myself at all either. These employees are obviously NOT happy with their jobs. I swear one of the cooks in the back almost looked like he wanted to help us more. Ridiculous.

HUUUGE shoutout to Alex, I think that was his name - the one with glasses. His service was great, on time, and did everything well. I let him know about the bathroom running out toilet paper and seat covers, he got to it right away and got back to serving my bowl for me as well. Appreciate the food, service, and work ethic.

I have been to this location a couple of times, it is located in a nice and clean market in the north of Livermore. Personally I like Panda Express and the food at this location is also as good as other locations I have tried. I have tried there king pao chicken, sweet fire chicken, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, string bean chicken breast and teriyaki chicken. All of them taste great, would recommend.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR TOGO ORDER!!!! They don’t fill up the boxes. My son told us to check it and sure enough. Two of the boxes of our family meal wasn’t filled up. I don’t recommend this location unless you’re ordering in person.

The workers here were EXCELLENT with their timing and preparation of the food, pick up and the food was still warm when we served our volleyball team of 12 girls, their parents and some siblings. I called in this order for a last minute brunch cause of the unknown timing of the games it had to be somewhere fast and there wasn't delivery at the time and we are from SF so I picked it up. We were at Los Positas College so it was less than 4 min away. As for ambiance, the restaurant was very clean. Btw I tried to leave a generous tip, but the workers insisted they weren't allowed. That's a shame, they so deserved it. Thank you

They need to serve people who physically come into the restaurant before filling multiple online orders. We finally made it to the front of the long dinner line after waiting 15 minutes, and then stood there for 10 MINUTES (seriously, I checked) while they served numerous online orders. Adjust the preparation of pick up time to be longer for online orders, and prioritize your customers standing in front of you.

It was a little busy. The lady asked what I wanted then immediately started working on on-line orders. Then asked me again while she was turning around and walking away. She didn't fill the dish like they usually do, like the other dishes had been filled before me. The food was good. Not old. It was pretty clean.

Was just there tonight after a long stressfunday at work to grab some food for dinner, the girl that was there was super sweet and at the end of the transaction complimented me on my glasses we talked for a bit and it made my night that much better bringing a smile to my face. Thank you!
