First off, almost every 5-star review for this Subway franchise is from Local Guides who are professional (possibly paid) reviewers. Regular people have given 1 star (since zero is not an option).Never going back to this place again! The indian lady at the counter isn’t just bad at her job, she is extremely rude and disrespectful and acts like people are asking her to make the subs free of charge. She doesn’t give straight answers, and basically made the worst subs for my kiddos with the veggies spilling out of the bread, there were barely any meat or veggies or sauce and the bread was old and flaky. She also doesn’t wear a mask or maintain any hygiene. The meat section is covered and you cannot see what the condition of the meat is. I’m surprised this franchise hasn’t been pulled up for health violations or hasn’t been shut down. Either ways, never wasting my money here again.

Came in to get my son a sandwich. The young man rang up the customer ahead of me (with the gloves on he made the sandwich with). He then came over to make my sandwich (with those same gloves). I told him he needed to change them, which he did, but had a really nasty attitude about it.Won't ever return to this location (inside Walmart). Makes you wonder what other unsanitary things they do here.

Server guy behind the counter was a real slacker. Made me wait 15 minutes as he took his lunch break at 3:30pm. When I got back 20 minutes later he was nowhere to be seen. He hid the bell behind a sign to avoid customers. Had to holler several times for him to come out of the back office. Waited another 5 minutes. He makes an excuse of being in freezer. Then as he makes my sandwich, turns out they ran out of onions. Worst Subway ever. It's a miracle they're still in business.

Worst place to visit. Will never go there again. An old sloppy lady not interested to make a sandwich since its closing time. While the app says it open for another 1 hour. She didn't follow the instructions simply said I didn't see it. Seems she was doing a favour by taking the order even though it's closing time. We wanted to have a relaxing dinner but ended up with a bad experience. Beware never go there.

This location has to be the worst I have EVER been into. The customer service made me almost stop wanting to go to another SUBWAY location, if this is the training employees get while working at a SUBWAY this has to embarrassing for the location branch, I wish I could give it a negative star as a review. Why would employees talk right in front of you, looking at you (eye contact and all..) in a foreign language and then tell you we NOT talking about you, when clearly you pointing at me and my receipt while I'm asking questions about your over pricing when clearly you didn't even add it enough ingredients. I'm so tired of dealing with people who think that because I don't speak your language, you can run your mouth without any repercussions.

I was just sitting at a table and the Indian lady looking at me so rudely and this one time the manger had lied to me by saying that my coupon is expired but she did know it wasn’t expired because I can tell she took a good look at the expiration date that it wasn’t expired and she lied again that she doesn’t accept coupons at Walmart subway location and that I need to go to a different subway. The second time it happened I show her my coupon and she raised her hand and she said they don’t accept coupons, I tried talking to the other subway worker the Indian lady and she was so rude and made the guy who was behind me cut in front of me!

Raw food at this subway in Walmart and COCA cola looks a little off. No offense but you can tell by looking how the meat was all like sticker together and looking like playdoe and also like you can make a ball with the raw food. Lady needs to work on her talk plus her smile. She seemed grumpy and not wanting to seem like to wanna work. Plus we had to call her to come out cause we ring the little bell for service but no answer so we yell hello and she came out in a bad mood like no I don't wanna serve you guys. No offense but owner you need to change the food plus get employees who actually wanna talk and have a smile.
