The location itself happens to be in a part of town where the homeless camps frequent. Other than that the space is clean and service is efficient. Employees are extremely nice and courteous. I will go again and again to have a quick snack during conventionsVegetarian options: Impossible burgerKid-friendliness: It's an atmosphere where a kid can run around an no one will bat an eye. No playground or kid area, just kid friendly vibes.
This restaurant has issues with stocking.I've ordered my favorite meal many times and they tell me it's out of stock.The whole QSR business is getting to be quite pricey. Definitely cheaper to make my own...

Customer service sucks here. They never get my order right or things are always missing. Because they want to talk to each other instead of paying attention to their work. They don't care. They never say thank you or you're welcome. They never smile at you . I try not to go here . But sometimes I just do because it's close to my home. But I would rather not . I dread going here. They really need some training on how to treat customers. And how to check orders.
