Ordered a pick up order and had to pick up in drive thru as I didn't realize I did pick up and late with kids in car. Never had any issues doing this with other bk establishments. I was waiting for 3 small items. Wrap and chicken fries and cheesy tots. The teenagers working window said we could pick up at drive thru but it wasn't until someone else came thru the drive thru till they actually served our items. Laughing giggling. In speaker saying welcome to burgerking where we roll or some weird stuff then when he handed us our food he said HAVE A NICE LIFE!!!?? I'm sorry u guys are serving FOOD. FOOD SERVICE. if your waitress were to give you your food and say have a nice life I don't think you'd want to eat the food. This was Friday night April 5th at around 9:05 maybe? These teenagers need to be spoken to. If they're doing this to everyone who comes thru that establishment making jokes being funny they'll just keep losing business. Idk if our food was messed with but it sure felt shady and 3 of the teenagers around our food at same time then coming to window laughing. Please check on your night crew!

Haven't had a BK cheeseburger in a few years. Always loved the charcoal broiled. I stopped and got 2, which is what I always used to get. First of all, it was more than $5, for just the burgers, nothing else. I asked for just pickles, thinking they would be made fresh that way. I was wrong, they were not fresh, nor did they taste charcoal broiled, at all. I ended up giving one to a pair of dogs who were awaiting their people, after asking permission of course. The dogs did not eat them either. Sad experience. BK, I'm done with you. We're breaking up for good. Oh by the way, it was 1215 pm.

Cant even make an order the girl working the window couldn't do a simple ring in an order. Avoid this location right down the highway they know how to ring in orders.
If I could, I would give less than 5 stars to the manager, terrible service, and the one who attends, not to mention, today I had the worst experience in that branch in my life, I will go again, there is one who consumes, they have a job.
I called to see if they could see if my back pack was in there dinning room and these people said they didn't have the time to go look to if it was still there. I will never spend my money there again. Then I was hung up on twice.How rude.

They never say thank you or you're welcome. They never smile at you . I try not to go here . But sometimes I just do because it's close to my home. But I would rather not . I dread going here. They really need some training on how to treat customers. And how to check orders.

I wanted something to eat and a shake. I am not from this area and felt a little unsafe in this place. I guess it is the homeless, I don't know. The couple ahead of me ordered and then changed it after finding out how much about 20 times. I stood there for at least 5 minutes. I finally got to the counter and was greeted by a curt, frustrated worker. I can understand why. I decided to just get a shake and get out of there. I would not go back... EVER...

The location itself happens to be in a part of town where the homeless camps frequent. Other than that the space is clean and service is efficient. Employees are extremely nice and courteous. I will go again and again to have a quick snack during conventionsVegetarian options: Impossible burgerKid-friendliness: It's an atmosphere where a kid can run around an no one will bat an eye. No playground or kid area, just kid friendly vibes.

Horrible horrible location. From the manager Shaheen to the worker Sarah…..absolutely DISGUSTING attitude. No manners whatsoever let alone any idea on how to make customers happy. Old, leathery, dry, food….if you complain they start counting the minutes on how long it took you to realise they gave you half day old food. Only decent person there was a hijabi girl who was vehemently trying to complete orders. Poor thing kept asking and begging other workers to do their job. 15 mins standing in drive thru and no one even asked what I needed help with….also…4 workers simultaneously came out the back once I got loud. IGNORE THIS LOCATION IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!
