Manager Jose and the entire night crew at the Lompoc, CA location did an incredible job! They were quick, efficient, and replaced my fries when they were under par. I would HIGHLY recommend this Jack branch to anyone wanting an above and beyond experience!!! You guys rock!!!

I've had many bad experiences here at this establishment and for three years I have given this restaurant many chances, but in return I get mistakes when ordering my food constantly and in my last order I found hair in my burger. I don't know why or how the employers can be so uncaring and unconcerned towards paying customers. They do not treat you or your food with respect at all.Won't be coming here again.

First of all the Manger with the glasses was very rude. We ordered drive thru, we arrived ordered were asked to pull up and wait for our order , few minutes later employee walked out with the wrong order 2 times. We drove around to the front entrance, asked for a refund only refunded us partial refund as this was an inconvenience to the restaurant. We waited for 35+ minutes only received our drinks. We will no longer visit this location, management is very poor.

Won't support this Jack in the Box again. Have given them two chances since moving to CA, and both times have been terrible experiences. First time was months ago, placed an order for pickup and had to wait at the restaurant nearly 45 minutes for the order to be completed. Now, tonight, ordered online delivery. Has been stuck in "order received" for the past hour, have called twice to wonder about status of order and no one has answered. Won't be ordering from here again.

Food was shit, customer service was shit, the worst place to come to in Lompoc for food, managers and workers are provided the worst customer service I ever had and manager threatened to cancel order because he didn't wanna do his job. Don't come here as a first option, they're are many other better places than you can go to that are better than this shithole, service is probably better during the day but overnight shift is the worst group of staff lever seen for a fast food Restaurant.Never seen people so mad for having to do their job and it ain't even a hard job either, basic shit. Manager was one of the worst managers I ever seen. He needs to be held accountable for his actions. That man does not know how to run a business and is a nuisance to our community. He needs to go be a correctional officer so his skills can maybe finally be valuable to society. It ain't your fault your life is miserable and ended up there. You got yourself there. They don't care for the customers at all. They need to shut this place down does not do anything good for our community besides being us negativity
